If you are going to moderate anything i think you need to be very passionate about it.

Why those songs have been excluded but you can use world-wide no 1 hits etc. I like to find new songs from the contest and I bet there would be plenty of those to be discovered from the finals. Jerick is banned using Tone (a Norwegian NF song from this year?), a song that I doubt no more than a handful of people know here but can choose songs like Umbrella, Love Story, Bohemian Rhapsody etc. That is just a silly rule but whatever will be decided I won't have a problem with it even thou my opinion is that all NF songs should be allowed.

March 19, 200916 yr I spend one evening away from the PC and this is what happens :lol: I'm not quite 100% up to date with events yet but would like to assure Aaron (I it's you now) thta KoS shall continue with Janet Leon in this contest. I'm very saddened to see that such a devoted participant as Rich has been forced to withdraw as host but I understand his reasons and hope we can continue to run this GAME as smoothly as possible with everyone having a fun time discovering new music.
March 19, 200916 yr unless a new mod or Trash does it, I will start a poll when i return from Sydney on the 15th regardless of whether i get mod or not :cry: obviously I haven't changed my views that they should be excluded when huge hits are allowed to be sent, like JackJones just said, but I don't want to drag it up again, and it's best left to some sort of vote once XV is done and dusted, like myself and Trashlexis should have done in the first place...but hindsight is a beautiful thing, as they say :lol:

But whats done is done, so just ignore my bitching :D Well I figured that people wanted an all or none decision on NFs and as we had backed down on the MF/UK/Ireland thing it seemed like the right thing to do. Why ban them all in the contest after this, but let them in this time? It doesn't really make sense to me. I thought Jerick had a string of future entries that he has mentioned before and that Tom would understand.
