March 24, 200916 yr If Noisettes single and Pet Shop Boys album could be number one by Sunday I will be so happy, it would be the best thing to happen all year lol Shame about the Comic Relief singles falling so fast but it was to be expected, quite an exciting chart, I'm still in shock over Lady GaGa getting her number one!!!!!
March 24, 200916 yr im shocked to see Pet Shop Boys number 1 in the albums and i so hope they can hang on to the number 1 slot,it has been far far too long since they last had a number 1. I expected big falls for comic relief singles but they have done quite well,,i hope up all night by take that doesnt drop any furtherthan number 26 where it is now and again very happy to see them still top 10 in the album chart. March 24, 200916 yr Im suprised Ronan has held up so well but i suspect ALOT of those sales were last minute buys on mothers day. I wouldnt be suprised if he fell out of the top five come Sunday.
March 24, 200916 yr la gaga and flo dada battle round 2 -_- last week they were evenly matched. both climbing TV airplay and radio play charts (not much between them) including being on the crucial A List radio 1. both having no physicals or high profile tv appearance to boost them. but this week flo rida has his single out and selling for 99p in hmv. physical sales may be minimal but if the diferrence is a few hundred then they could matter. lady gaga played a good game last week and is in a good position at the start of this week, if she can continue extending her lead on itunes....she won't be passing the crown come sunday. come on pet shop boys are #1, mothers day is over now. so no more ronan on tv promoting his lazy album of MOR/karaoke covers.
March 24, 200916 yr Its a shame Islands in the Stream is falling so badly-it deserves more than the proclaimers rubbish from 2 years ago. Although I am pleased that the saturdays have already outsold the GA/Sugababes garbage from last comic relief-the 2 songs were much better this year. Is Lily Allen out on physical? I haven't heard the song, and it seems very soon after the Fear. Any news for Duffy or P!nk in the albums?
