I think Jody will actually have a lot of trouble with qualifying.. All the fans are in the other semi well except for maybe Dalisska and Eledan, and SF1 is very indie/alternative so the points is all likely to go that way which isn't good for me at all. Jamali-curse is now in full force :snif:

 

I've also got over the whole cheap penalising scenario, my votes were really unbiased so the songs I thought were cheap, in the end got high pointage. Tonight should be immense with so many participants etc, bjsc really is evolving it's amazing and I have to mention Aaron is handling the pressure in hosting such a massive contest very well, his done such a great job and with literally everything.

I'd do it earlier but I know if I say 7:30 dinner will be ready just after 7pm or if I said 7pm it will be ready at 7pm. I think 8pm is probably the safest bet to keep things on schedule.

Inner Massivia have now voted and would like to apologise to all the other participants for the delay.

 

Last night one of the worst electrical storms in the history of our country hit the capital Attacktonia just as voting was underway in the Chart Club in the Alt Markt. A total power failure for 16 hours occurred and the jurors including guest chairman Stevie Wonder were forced to cancel their deliberations until this afternoon.

 

The Inner Massivia Press Association News (IMPAN) reported Stevie as saying:

 

"The Inner Massivia jurors were superstitious when the lights went out and thought the writing was on the wall as the storm continued. Eventually we were evacuated, and for once in my life I was glad to be esconsed in a chain hotel on the outskirts of Attacktonia as the torrential rain and lightning bolts continued all around. We were uptight, but we were reassured by the staff that everything was going to be alright.

 

On recommencing our voting today we were delighted to find many unanticipated gems in Semi-Final 1. The final should be an absolute corker in Quotosibb."
