April 4, 200916 yr I would upload it in a zip file somewhere but the songs are all in HQ 320k quality so the file is about 400mb big, so I won't bother!!! I've just burned a copy off for myself though, will be great for the car :D :o What version of "Black Butta" are you using?!
April 4, 200916 yr Author :o What version of "Black Butta" are you using?! the studio version, I couldn't find an HQ version of the Jools' performance, and had considered downloading the iTunes festival version instead but it didn't quite feel authentic enough so I just downloaded the studio version  the only other song I had to pay to download to complete my album was 'And Then We Kiss'

I don't think such a thing exists, the iTunes festival is probably the closest option. Which reminds me, next time I get an iTunes voucher, her iTunes festival EP is the first thing I need to download.

I searched high and low for an HQ MP3 of the Jools version, but it wasn't happening...he should release a 'Live Lounge' style album with it on! The studio version is decent, the iTunes festival version is quite a bit longer and would have made Disc 1 overrun again  I was very picky with the tracklist, I tried to group songs by genre like a 'Now' compilation, but with the exception of the 'biggest hits' at the start of the first disc...I like my compilations to flow well and some old random order wouldn't have done at all :heehee:

When I do he has people on that aren't my cup of tea. I'd buy it though. The studio version is probably one of my favourite songs still, but I think she's better at it live. The Jools performance is quite a bit longer than the studio version as well, I think I listened to the iTunes festival one on Spotify once but it wasn't quite the same. I did notice that the end of disc one is quite Scandinavian, but I didn't know if that was intentional or if it's because the BJSC has had a ton of success stories of that type.

I never really watch his show but he's had some good performances from what I've heard :D she's stunning at it live, it was her incredible vocal which helped the song to win I think...I only gave it 1 point at the time but would easily give it 6-8 based on the songs of VI looking back now -_- at least I didn't hinder you from winning :w00t: oh yes the end of disc one being completely Swedish was indeed intentional :heehee: it was after the 'female piano pop singer/songwriter section'! disc two was the more 'electropop disc' with some ballads thrown in for good measure and Headhunted at the end as it really didn't fit anywhere else

Hopefully my entry has helped her sell at least one extra ticket to her UK tour this autumn. :heehee: (saying that, this will be my first time seeing her. Can't wait. :w00t:) One more point and I would have had the "pre-Untouched" points record though. Oh yes. I didn't spot the theme on disc 2 either but, gosh, that's a lot of electro! "Headhunted" and "Money Note" would go well. I consider them the wackiest entries of X and most contests really.

I can't remember them getting far in the Best Of anyway. (which I suppose is a way to see what the 'classics' are) It doesn't matter, I'm 'joint' with Eledan on it anyway. I think "Money Note" sounds like a song that should finish a CD to me. Tsk tsk at Mira being on there, clearly it should have been the rejects winner. (which will probably go top 10 on the Multichart) :heehee:

Then again, people still always talk about Headhunted, much moreso than Heartbreak..., even though Mira was beaten in the rejects by the Kingdom of Spin-offs :heehee:
April 4, 200916 yr Interesting to see Jamali being considered, I only remember Rich, TIP and Tyron really loving my entry back then.. 'Secrets' bizzarely DNQ'd after all, but so did Mira and few other 'classics'. A super compilation though, it would certainly sell in Kathaldazia lolz. GaGa being on both discs is a bit uh-uh, one disc should make room for The Knife, what an entry, now that I look back on it :o or Gabriella DWGTBN<3

Allas LIGHTS is also immense so we can't complain

Allas LIGHTS is also immense so we can't complain :heehee: despite its DNQ, it's still easily one of my favourite entries of mine  all of the MP3 links I found have either been deleted, or its just the new beefed up Freemasons feat Sophie version...anyway, Lights vs. Agnes was one of the big battles so I thought I needed her on there...then again, by that basis maybe I should have put Fragma/N-Trance and Dima Bilan/Rachel Stevens on there :heehee:
