April 12, 200916 yr Author I think that's the right thing to do, as soon as you start the prep, that should be it. I wouldn't want your prep to be wrong because of late votes :P Adding these votes wouldn't mess up any prep. But if it was Aled or Jonie voting, for example. I would have to make edits to my preparations (as it makes a difference to the overall leaderboard if I go back and add people from earlier in the voting order) It's just that it would seem unfair if it was another country and I had to reject them but I can accept these.
April 12, 200916 yr It is. If I had started compling a little later I would have included them but I think it's a bit too late to add them now. I included Britmasu's votes because I hadn't started yet. If I was you I would stick with that decision, because you had not started prepping the results before receiving Britmasu's votes until just after the deadline; but with the others all nations knew the deadline a week ago.
April 12, 200916 yr Just received votes from Mykanovia. Don't know if I'm going to count them though. Reasons being, I've now started the prep and I'm at the stage where I wouldn't be able to accept the votes from Lorikeet, Hitanya or FSR Farahtyn (I've gone past them in the voting order now) so I don't know if it's right to accept votes knowing that if they were from Aled, for example, I would have said 'sorry too late now'. I guess if the votes were sent just in time, than you should count them. If not, you should disqualify the countries votes.

Won't be able to follow the results thread :(. Lots of people in the house. And plus i've just been given alcohol by my mum (:o) so maybe it isn't a good idea, however small amounts :lol:

April 12, 200916 yr Don't worry about it... do it when you're ready! About the Mykanovia thing... I think as long as they were sent within an hour of voting closing it's okay... but if it was 6pm, they shouldn't!
