April 12, 200917 yr Coldplay are now I believe #20 for weeks in top 75 knocking out 'Heartbeat' by SFG.
April 12, 200917 yr How odd that after making climbs last week the first three Kings of Leon albums should all fall 7 places!
April 12, 200917 yr Pity bat for lashes didnt hold top 3 although top 5 is great and im very happy to see daniel top 40, i hope fur and gold makes a top 75 re entry also
April 12, 200917 yr Since when did Calvin Harris resort to making scally generic dance music in the form of 'i'm not alone'?? Makes me nostalgic for the days of 'acceptable in the 80s' :-(
April 12, 200917 yr Glad Saturdays scraped another week top 75 with Issues ^_^ Also what a drop for September :o
April 12, 200917 yr Loving the GaGa domination in the YTD chart :chart: Painfully close for Girls Aloud Untouchable again, would have made it if it hadnt had that little drop to 40's at start of the week!
April 12, 200917 yr Usually I can understand why, love it or (usually) hate it, a song has got to number one..... But how on earth did Calvin Harris get to number one with this terrible, bland, un-catchy song. Who is buying this rubbish? It's a shame cos I used to quite like his stuff.
April 12, 200917 yr looks like the pet shop boys will be lucky if they outsell there last studio album which sold just over 66,000, id say when sales for this week are included it will barely have sold 40,000
April 12, 200917 yr I can't believe how much the PSBs album has fallen. Even the most obsessed, optimistic fan cannot deny that this is not good news  I would say the the 2nd single will boost sales, but to be honest i'm not sure it will  Edited April 12, 200917 yr by Glyn

Don't quote me on this, but I believe it is because he sold more copies than anybody else in a well-defined weekly charting period that ended today at midnight. I could be completely wrong though...
April 12, 200917 yr I can't believe how much the PSBs album has fallen. Even the most obsessed, optimistic fan cannot deny that this is not good news  I would say the the 2nd single will boost sales, but to be honest i'm not sure it will  That's how it's been for them for the past 10 years though, this isn't really anything new. The second single will do nothing for it, their singles since 1997 have been pretty much fanbase buys in the first week. It's a shame. :(
April 12, 200917 yr ya i agree i cant see futire singles helping the album i think now they need to reduce the price and aim for sales why the album is still new as about 95% if not more sales for the nexy singles will be long term fans only as i cant see them managing another go west size hit of this album,,,,i still think in denial should have been released of nightlife and im not saying it alone as it was a kylie duet but it was a great song
April 12, 200917 yr There's only so much they can do when radio stations refuse to playlist you no matter what you release, Depeche Mode are in the same boat. :(
April 12, 200917 yr Pleasing to see Annie Lennox showing some staying power, not usual for an act from the 80s/90s nowadays. And HURRAH at the failure of Eggnog only 4 months after he almost won X Factor. FANTASTIC, that's the end of that one.
April 12, 200917 yr Don't quote me on this, but I believe it is because he sold more copies than anybody else in a well-defined weekly charting period that ended today at midnight. I could be completely wrong though... yawn
