My Name Is Earl and I am canceled. NBC announced that it will not renew the sitcom that stars Jason Lee.

 

Co-Star Ethan Suplee confirmed the cancellation via Twitter

 

Just got the call that My Name Is Earl has been canceled. They sure did take their time with that decision or rather informing us of it.

Technically, the cancellation may not mark the end of the show. Like another former NBC Thursday night comedy Scrubs, My Name is Earl could jump to another network.

 

NBC also announced that Medium will not be returning.

:( Shame really as I personally thought it was a decent show! Hopefully another network manages to pick it up!

As for My Name Is Earl, couldn't care less. Bloody awful 'comedy'.

ABC might pick up My Name Is Earl.

 

But saying that they're over-loaded with new comedies, so it might just not get picked up by anyone.

I don't really care about any of them tbh!

I used to like My Name Is Earl, for about the first series, but it's one of those comedies in which all of the episodes seem practically the same.

I haven't watched the last couple of seasons for this reason, so I won't really miss it! (That's if it's not picked up by another channel...)

Apparently 'The Unit' and 'Without A Trace' have also been cancelled :o

Meh, it sometimes has its moments but its kind of boring and the jokes seem a bit too tryhard I think. It was never anything more than average imo.
