So how is GaGa still No. 1 in official chart?

maybe they use airplay? maybe iTunes isn't as dominant in Germany?

:o Jungle Drum's not the type of song I'd expect to see at the top of the chart :o although Germany does usually have pretty good taste (Amy MacDonald ).
Germany doesnt include downloads in the chart unless there is a physical release. Songs can only chart on download alone if the record company wants them to. As for France, they dont include downloads at all.
So how is GaGa still No. 1 in official chart?

In Germany the iTunes chart isn't as important as in the UK, especially in the last few weeks. Apart from that, 6 of the top 7 songs (except Boom Boom Pow) weren't yet in there a week ago, so they will only enter the official chart next week (if they do at all, in case of the digital only songs).

Then someone must hurry up for the physical release to knock Poker Face down.

It's actually already down in this Friday's chart. Idol winner Daniel Schuhmacher is new at #1.
