June 10, 200916 yr 02/07/76 Slim Whitman The Very Best Of Slim Whitman 54 - 1- - that's a huge jump :D
June 10, 200916 yr how does Leona's Spirit rank on the rises? It's classed as the same album for chart purposes.
June 10, 200916 yr how does Leona's Spirit rank on the rises? It's classed as the same album for chart purposes. Good point, it was not Top 100 before it shot back to #1 I think.
June 10, 200916 yr Author how does Leona's Spirit rank on the rises? It's classed as the same album for chart purposes. 137- 1-
June 12, 200916 yr Author Love the fact Dido both fell to 9 from 1 and rose to 1 from 9  Diana Ross' Ultimate Collection moved 2-1-6-6-1-2-
March 14, 201015 yr Didn't the Glee album climb from like #68 a few weeks ago? I really don't understand Goulding's fall. She's someone who you'd expect would be a big albums seller, and the single is holding on very well. Odd.
March 15, 201015 yr Didn't the Glee album climb from like #68 a few weeks ago? I really don't understand Goulding's fall. She's someone who you'd expect would be a big albums seller, and the single is holding on very well. Odd. Her fall looks a lot worse than it is, at least in sales terms - she just had the misfortune of her 2nd week coinciding with the Mothers Day market. Though I haven't seen any actual sales yet, I'd estimate her sales fell by little more than 50%. They *must* be above 17K at least, as Pixie stayed static at #17 on a 50% sales increase, and she sold 11.4k the previous week.
March 15, 201015 yr The Biggest Falls From No1 On The Album Chart 04/03/71 George Harrison All Things Must Pass 1- 18 - 03/20/10 Ellie Goulding Lights 1- 16 - Then Ellie's is the biggest ever genuine fall, since GH's was only due to the album chart not being produced for several weeks after he hit the top.
March 15, 201015 yr Diana Ross' Ultimate Collection moved 2-1-6-6-1-2-  That is very strange. What happened that it fell to 6 and then bounced back, I wonder.
March 15, 201015 yr Glee have indeed broken the record for the climb. 68-1. They could re-break it this week if they climb 91-1 with Volume 2, but a) that's unlikely anyway and b) that's not technically 'official' (even though the top 100 IS the official chart, it's not recognised by many)
March 15, 201015 yr GUTTED Goulding didn't deserve that fall  I really hope she returns to Number 1 again sometime with some more promotion down the line.
June 21, 201015 yr Xtinas fall will never be beaten, its epic. There really should be a note about the George Harrison one though - it was *not* a genuine fall from 1-18!
