A BT engineer posts on DS and he PM'd me to say it's just high usage. Says it can't be internal wiring or a fault if it's fast, 5 meg, at other times. My wife's doing her nut though as she started subscribing to TFC, Filipino TV. As we have no Sky, cable or even a Freeview box, just the 5 basic channels, she connects the TFC box to our BT hub. Unfortunately if the Net's slow, her programmes won't work, bit like You-Tube, says "buffering" all the time. Oh life is hard isn't it? :( Edited June 20, 200916 yr by Crazy Chris
June 21, 200916 yr My internet just doesn't work at times. it fully cuts out and won't do anything. I should not have to pay $40 a month for what i get.
