July 5, 200915 yr La Roux was excellent performing "Bulletproof" Dawn French and David Walliams were hilarious. The joke about "The Boy Who Touched Animals" made me cry with laughter :D
July 5, 200915 yr Well that performance of 'Bulletproof' was BRILLIANT! A THOUSAND times better than that Radio 1 "performance" Next week's guests... Fearne Britton, Sarah Harding , Kanye West & Mr Hudson :w00t: REALLY can't wait for next week
July 5, 200915 yr that's one of the funniest shows i've ever seen! alan carr's too funny for words! la roux was wicked too though i'm finding her more and more annoying the more times i see her. her songs are amazing but i'm not really keen on her as a person. she might be really nice behind closed doors but the way she dresses which looks likes she's trying too hard and the things she says in the press really annoy me.
July 5, 200915 yr La Roux had a face like a slapped arse tbh but yeah the performance was brilliant. Amazing guests this week, all brilliant!
July 6, 200915 yr Great episode tonight. Like I said before, I love the musical guests - they give amazing performances. And the kiss between French & Carr was so funny
July 6, 200915 yr You spelt Fern wrong. You made me think it was Fearne Cotton. I was finally going to get a Fearne session on TV, hasn't been one in quite a while. Fern Britton is less important to me. Sarah must be talking about her new TV program.
July 6, 200915 yr *Checks Radio Times* Dawn French, Kirstie Allsopp, Phil Spencer and La Roux 1.8m for Katy Perry episode, 2.15m for 1st episode according to BARB Pretty good for the time then - Thanks!
July 6, 200915 yr La Roux mimed that performance. There is no way from what i've heard of her live that she sang that well last night. It sounded exactly like the record being playing and at different points she moved around and got out of time a bit. So i'm sorry but she lip synched that
July 6, 200915 yr nope t'was live. Ok just re watched. I take back what i said, well from what i saw last night i thought it was lip synched but after rewatching it i suppose it was good. Although i think the backing singer might have helped her stay in tune
July 6, 200915 yr The backing singer mimed like most do on TV shows. It's cheaper that way. Ah right i see. It seems a long time for me too trigger things in Haha only kidding
July 7, 200915 yr The instruments and the chorus as mimed. The drummer drops his stick at 1min: 2Mwz-QaXSiM
July 8, 200915 yr Overall not bad. But I feel the Big Brother bit is so unnecessary, feels really dated for some reason.
July 8, 200915 yr Overall not bad. But I feel the Big Brother bit is so unnecessary, feels really dated for some reason. I agree. i like it when he makes fun of people on twitter
July 12, 200915 yr Overall, very good show tongiht. All the guests were very funny. Mr. Hudson went off-key at the start of Supernova, but was better towards the end. Next weeks guests are Jonathan Ross, Denise Van Outen, Mickey Rourke and JLS. BEPs episode wasn't in the top 30 most watched on w/e 28th June :(
July 12, 200915 yr Great show again. :) What happened to Sarah Harding's lip though? Hope she hasn't had surgery.
July 12, 200915 yr Author Loved Fern tonight  Oo Denise VO next week, I saw her interview being recorded. Toilet break time when shes on. Lovely but she was promoting the fact she got married just. Nice of Ross to return the compliment and come on Alan's show too!
July 12, 200915 yr I think JLS and Mr Hudson had their dates switched :heehee: I would have prefered Mr hudson next week, to boost the release of 'Supernova' :(
