Much worse than last week's episode. We hardly got to see any auditions really.

The last guy was ok, but I hate it when they get the audience involved - yes, I know it shows they've got stage presence, but it also makes them look really cocky and self-assured, which I'm really not fond of. It's just a shame the two singers the judges are bumming the most (Danyl & the afro guy) have been exactly like that...

I hope the MJB/U2 version of 'One' rises a lot due to tonight's episode.

That Jamie guy was really good! :o

I really liked that girl......I forget her name but she sung that song "one night only" or something like that

UGH! Afroman was hideous! What a pretensious prick! And it was pure karaoke. He's blatantly going through to the final twelve as well at which point I will literally stab myself. It'd be LESS PAINFUL.
Accht, i really thought we were on to something after the Jennifer Hudson track girl and Misfits but it gets ruined by Daniel II and Affroman. Nice enough performances worthy of the praise they got? Certainly not.

But the cocky, self assured, arrogance trait is coming back into fashion. It can't be coincidence that these two blokes will most definitely get through ... not only to the live finals - but probably also through to the episode where Robbie Williams is mentoring! Three arrogant, cocky, self-assured pricks in one place! Sheer heaven for some people!

Yep definetly agree here. I find it quite cringeworthy myself when they get that cocky and involved with the audience. We've seen much better tonight and the bumming him and Danyl will get will almost certainly do my head in if they get to the Top 12 which I'm sure they will. :(

By the way ... the two best acts of the night were the girls who did Toxic and that girl who'd travelled from Trinidad & Tobago (she was freakin' brilliant - despite her obvious nerves).

Yes that gay teacher from Waterloo Road was Afromans friend who noticed that Simon was singing along.
I thought we saw more full auditions this week than last week TBH :heehee: Also agree with Cremey about MJB & U2! One of my most favourite songs EVER!

After seeing the whole show, i agree.

Tonight's sob story about the guys brother really pissed me off  Why did he really need to bring it up, so annoying.

Because he knew he wouldn't be able to get through on his little, if any, talent.

Agreed, its not on.

The reason he brought it up was because Simon asked him to. Yes its annoying but the producers know what they're doing ... they prompt for stories like this. Peter Kay was painfully spot-on with R-Wayne!

The sad thing is ... the guy really was just pub-singer fodder. Nice guy ... but that's it really ... the show isn't about singing talent at all.

Haven't seen the ITV1 show yet but have watched the Xtra Factor and I loooove it !

Holly is such a good presenter

Watching it now... Is it wrong that I really loved Behrouz? :kink: Seriously though, Rozelle was amazing  Upto the Stunners now :puke2:

Missfitz excellent, remember Gemma, all had stunning voices and really original performance.

Daryl (dead brother guy) I thought was quite good. I bit like Michael Stipe from REM. Sob story wasn't really needed tho...

Afro man is good but not as good as he thinks he is. Really contrived tbh.
