It was INCREDIBLE. I really, really enjoyed it. I was in shock for some parts (as I haven't read the books and had been steering clear of the trailers etc...)

The only flaw I have at the moment though, was

the showdown between Lord Voldemort and Harry Potter should have been a little bit longer.

But other than that, I was very impressed. A brilliant end to a brilliant franchise.

Even if the ending was slightly cheesy and corny!

:P

Just back. It was amazing. That's about all I can say at the moment, but it was well worth the wait.

However, don't waste your money on the 3D, it's terrible. We actually had double vision at some parts, and could see two of the person it was focussed on. Really disappointed in that.

The film was still amazeballs though.

You really need to read the books. If you love the films, you'll love the books 100x more.

Also, if you're referring to the

epilogue, then I'm DREADING that as it's absolutley horrendous in the book and I hate everything about it.

SO EXCITED FOR THIS THOUGH.

This was SO GOOD. Despite a few major differences between activities in the book and the film, it was pretty much spot-on throughout. Intense, captivating and emotional, I'm so sad that the franchise is over, but I feel that the film is one of the best and a perfect ending.

I can't help but feel a LITTLE underwhelmed, although it's probably due to the fact i watched every single trailer/snippet/whatever and had ridiculously high hopes. It all felt a bit rushed to me (especially the beginning) and it strayed from the book a little TOO much for me.

Saying that,

Alan Rickman was INCREDIBLE, Snape's scenes were easily the most emotional and well done. Also Neville vs. Snake and Molly vs. Bellatrix were all kinds of amazing as well.

I WANT TO SEE IT AGAIN

I'm nowhere NEAR a cinema and won't be for at least another month. :(

In the middle of the PACIFIC OCEAN?! :o

In the middle of the PACIFIC OCEAN?! :o

Worse. The WEST OF IRELAND. There's a cinema in the city, but that's a 90 minute bus ride away and most of my friends are in Dublin, and I *hate* going on my own. :(

This was FANTASTIC! It was the perfect ending for the film series - very sad though, I cried a few times. Alan Rickman was fantastic in Snape's scenes, mainly

in his death scene.

Molly's

'not my daughter, you bitch!'

line was fantastic also, a few people in the cinema started cheering at that!

Overall, I'd say it was the best film from the series based on first views - the end scene was great, I was slightly worried about the

epilogue

, but it turned out well. :D

Gonna see this tomorrow :w00t: at 3pm. I seriously cannot wait! Funnily enough, my mum has already seen the film before me  :(

Holy hell that was incredible.

I was initially dissapointed they changed bits of the book but really as a whole it stuck together quite nicely. I

despise the epilogue in the book though, so naturally I hated that

but apart from that it was AMAZING. End of an era.

"3 heroes. 7 books. 8 movies. 10 years. We are the Harry Potter generation."

Getting a bit teary eyed at the prospect of it all ending tomorrow, at least I will have my re-read to keep me going a little while longer.

THEY LOOKED NO DIFFERENT IN THE EPILOGUE. As IF they were meant to be about 37 or whatever?!

Anyway, loved it. Being in a cinema near the sea proved annoying at times though, as in some of the quieter scenes all that we could hear were the seagulls outside! Literally the whole audience clapped and cheered when

Bellatrix and Voldemort were killed.

CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S ALL OVER.

My cinema is a bore - noone clapped :( I loved this, I do agree that the

final battle could've been a bit longer but hey ho

The 3D effect seemed a bit pointless? The only time I was impressed with it was the

dragon coming out of gringotts

I'm seeing this with my friends later in the week, glad to see everyone's enjoying it as DS thought it wasn't the right ending!
