Really like this. An improvement on Sticks & Stones, which was also very good.

Can't wait to hear the rest of the album based on these.

Here it is, I think it's radio rip:

It's surprisingly better than that awfulness that he calls a song 'Sticks 'n' Stones' :puke:

This is probably a grower

Good tune, but not as good as SnS for me

Does anyone have a link for this which doesn't include a radio DJ talking at the end please?

The album has now leaked.

YAYY

I forgot to say how brilliant this album is.

The album is very brilliant.

Album is absolute perfection. GOSH I'm almost embarrassed @ how much I adoree this. :/

It's just so textured and layered. His tracks just build and build infectiously. The droll humour and talentfilled acousticity just contrasts so well with the immense choruses.

"Spider's Web" and "The Man's Machine" the obvious standouts for me. Both MUST be his next singles. The Obama verses = LOL. Wasn't overly keen on "Chaka Demus" but tis growingg. :o

favourites so far:

The Mans Machine

368

Emily's Heart

Jilly Armeen

i'm on like my 5th listen now, I love it. I agree with Kath re:Chaka Demus aswell, wasnt keen at first but love it now.

God Jamie is such a genius.

Love the album too.

Took a couple of listens for me to get into it, but it's proper good. I love some of his lyrics as well. I've been a massive fan of his for well over 3 years now (loved him since he first released Salvador) but this album is just as good as his debut. I saw him perform a few tracks at Leeds before I dashed off to see Two Door Cinema Club, and The Man's Machine is just. Lovee it !

My other favourites are British Intelligence, Castro Dies and Earth, Wind and Fire. Topp album though.
