July 28, 200916 yr Despite popular belief the official chart isnt 100% itunes just yet :P IASF 20-1 True, but it is often parallel in most places ;) Thanks for the info, surprised it hasn't rised though  Oh, and thanks for the sales. She should go Top 5 by the end of the week i think
July 28, 200916 yr Author You might be right - guess time will tell. When you refer to XF debut singles, do you mean the coronation song or the first song that is released when the winner "comes back" the following year? Also depends which weekend the (XF) final is, I think there will be only 2 weeks left, so I doubt it be the biggest seller of the year
July 28, 200916 yr I wouldn't be surprised if Run This Town is number one next month. For lots of you who don't know, its a collaboration between Jayz, Kanye West and Rihanna I've just seen it on youtube and RiRi has a killer hook but it's not really up-tempo :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:
July 28, 200916 yr Not *this* again? This year's XF winner may have an outside chance of YTD #1, but only XF *debut* singles get the obscene sales boost. Bleeding Love? Also depends which weekend the (XF) final is, I think there will be only 2 weeks left, so I doubt it be the biggest seller of the year Hallelujah?
July 28, 200916 yr Yay for the BEP ! :) Wonder if the Noisettes will finaly scrape the top20 with "Never forget you" :kink:
July 28, 200916 yr Bleeding Love? Hallelujah? I agree with the BL situation as Alexandra's series was huge adn if JLS can get great sales, she can too (along with Leona). The Hallelujah situation will depend on if this upcoming series gets as much attention because the sales depend on the series as much as the singer. I definitely think Gaga won't stay top or even top 5 with BEP, Leona, Alex, Rihanna releasing soon :yahoo: Edited July 28, 200916 yr by SIX
July 28, 200916 yr what song has John Barrowmen got in the top 30? The one at number 11 on Itunes - so expect it to rise :D
July 28, 200916 yr Author Tracks that have left the top 40 chart from last week are Billie Jean (MJ) and Work (Sats)
July 28, 200916 yr Thanks (Me neither, lol) Its a budget release - its not gonna be in the main chart
July 28, 200916 yr RyRy can we have positions in the singles please for:- The Twang - Barney Rubble A-aha - Foot Of The Mountain Britney - Radar Eminem - Beautiful Flo Rida/Nelly - Jump Lily Allen - 22 Little Boots - Remedy Pink - Funhouse (is this at 43 or was that the album?)
July 28, 200916 yr Personally I think the YTD will have Alexandra/Leona/ XF charity single at no.1! There will defo be another charity song this year which will rack up sales again, and wont just end after the event like the Remembrance one......I'm thinking the NSPCC and Save the Children this year lol! July 28, 200916 yr The Warchild single will be out in August although I'm not sure how big that will be
July 28, 200916 yr The Warchild single will be out in August although I'm not sure how big that will be If that's the one with N-Dubz, Tinchy and co. i really hope it doesn't sell well (no offence) but i hope people donate a different way instead of buying that single.
July 28, 200916 yr Isn’t Spiidey talking about a ‘Bleeding Love’ type seller rather than the winners single though?
July 28, 200916 yr The one at number 11 on Itunes - so expect it to rise :D Chris Moyles is trying to get it top5. :/
July 28, 200916 yr Isn’t Spiidey talking about a ‘Bleeding Love’ type seller rather than the winners single though? He's talking about both. The original post is near top of the page ;)
July 28, 200916 yr I don't see why Chris Moyles doesn't just buy the John Barrowman song himself. He's such a prick, and knows that people who listen to his show will do whatever he wants them to do :/ It's all complete bull$h!t [/rantover] Edited July 28, 200916 yr by SecondTheoAround
