August 29, 200915 yr Author KOS were last on the waiting list and since only 53 entries could be allowed they missed the cut. Unless the mods want to extend it to 54 and make Numayania AQ then KOS can be squeezed into SF1. I never missed his post or anything it's just there was no space, and Johnopia, Triodopolis and Skall were all ahead of him on the waiting list. .

Tom - As much as we'd like to put countries who have commited in the past ahead on the waiting list, unfortunatley there was too much objection to that rule being implemented. If I had my way, you'd be in the competition but Tyron has made it clear we can only stretch to 53 entries. Really sorry, but you'll be first in line on the waiting list for XXI now.

August 29, 200915 yr OK, since there's conflicting things and confusion here is what me and Aaron have executivley decided to do. We'll add KOS in, and make Numayania an autoqualifer, with THIRTEEN qualifiers from each semi next week, making a final of 28. Seem fair?
