I've finally voted!🥳 Wow, that was really hard. Mot just because I liked so many songs (close to 20), but I struggled to order my votes. One song rocketed up from outside my top 10 to being my 8-pointer, another down from 7 points to 0, another from 1 to 5. Stuff like that. Yikes! But I'm happy with my votes now🤩 Fingers crossed for my favorites 😁

I assume your country name was Ashton. If so, I could only find your participation two times. Once in the Live Perfomances spin-off where you sent Don't Let Go by Sugababes and VESC 12 where you sent I Miss You by Yohanna and came 3rd with 84 points. So you either quit after that or changed your country name. (Correction from earlier, by the way. I can see my ratings for songs in VESC 37, so 37 contests at least, not 34.)

The song contest you're referring to might be Vanity Edge Song Contest. That forum doesn't exist anymore, but I have a folder with my votes, some results tables and images of national flags and stuff like that. From what I can tell, we had 19 participants at most and it lasted for 34 contests. I think I won at least three times :) I can see that you sent Vaporous by Elsiane to VESC 10 (1st. place with 61 points and more 10s.), Eisblumen by Eisblume to VESC 11, Flawed by Delta Goodrem to VESC 12 (9th place with 55 points), Cool Vibes by Vanilla Ninja to VESC 13 and finally Toss the Feathers by The Corrs to the Live performances spin-off. We did VESC awards too in 2010 and 2011, where we voted for things like "Most Original Country", "Most Original Song", "Best country thread", "Best Country Flag", "Best Discovery", "Best contest", "Best Host", "Song I never want to hear again" and "Worst moment". Good fun!

I'm hoping for a top ten finish! Yes, that would be amazing!🤩 And if I'm allowed to dream, the only position in the top ten I'm still missing, is third place, so that would be optimal😁 Also, I have an affinity for pop songs. Always have, but I'm not a huge fan of POPHub or Mothertopia this time. I'm loving Hendinia's entry, though, but I never said I was perfect.

Oooh, wonderful! I love my entry, it's such an earworm! I couldn't sleep the other day and literally had to play the song and sing along just to wiggle it out. It worked, but for some reason I had a nightmare that I confirmed a song that Bré critized openly a year earlier for being a poor strategic choice for the contest. Only one other person agreed, but I don't know who that was. No one dared sending the song after that. I awoke the next day thinking - for a hot second - the deadline had passed, regretting my obviously stupid choice deeply and dreading the upcoming semi final results.
