West Ham have agreed a £17.3m(€20m) fee with Monaco to sign midfielder Soungoutou Magassa. The agreement compiles a guaranteed payment of £14.7m (€17m) plus £2.6m (€3m) in add-ons. There is still some work to do to finalise the rest of the deal – but West Ham are edging closer.

Dortmund have signed midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka from Chelsea for around £24m. The 21-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at the Bundesliga club, where he made 17 appearances.
