Lewis's Decade to Date Chart - 2026 update
(67-122-178-252-331-401) Run The Jewels - goonies vs. E.T. (136-181-258-333-402) Bugzy Malone feat. Chip - Notorious (123-194-272-336-403) Maisie Peters - Brooklyn (NE) Dove Cameron - French Girls (104-158-225-315-405) Dove Cameron - LazyBaby (378-406) Common & Pete Rock - Fortunate (175-247-328-407) Kendrick Lamar feat. Blxst & Amanda Reifer - Die Hard (179-254-335-408) Sofia Carson - Come Back Home (91-157-206-277-352-409) Nines feat. NSG - Airplane Mode (171-276-328-355-410) Mabel - Let Them Know - (346-411) Dasha - Austin (NE) Jennie - With The IE (Way Up) (255-337-413) Bebe Rexha - I’m Not High, I’m In Love (114-177-257-340-414) Bebe Rexha feat. Travis Barker - Break My Heart Myself (133-185-262-341-415) Kim Petras - Future Starts Now (158-201-265-342-416) Drake feat. Rick Ross - Lemon Pepper Freestyle (188-263-343-417) The Weeknd feat. Lil Wayne - I Heard You’re Married (153-221-300-347-418) Kacey Musgraves - justified (213-295-358-419) Taylor Swift - Vigilante Shit (190-264-344-420) Calvin Harris, Dua Lipa & Young Thug - Potion - (268-348-421) Bas & AJ Tracey - 179 Deli (125-192-271-351-422) Bas, J. Cole & Lil Tjay - [The Jackie] (58-115-184-266-345-423) Chloe x Halle - Busy Boy (357-424) Eminem feat. JID - Fuel (NE) Kylie Cantrall feat. ILLIT - See You Tonight Three songs from 2025 make their debuts in this section, coming from Kylie Cantrall/ILLIT, JENNIE and Dove Cameron. Eminem has been a bit hit and miss of late but he and JID really bring the best out of each other with Fuel being a huge moment on the album. Busy Boy was my favourite album track from Chloe x Halle's album. I'm enjoying their solo careers but I would love them to join forces again. We have back-to-back Bas with [The Jackie] and 179 Deli. I feel like I'm the only person who remembers that the former was an official UK top 100 hit. Cole and Bas are always fun vibes and Tjay is alright on this one too. The latter was a more surprising collab with AJ Tracey making an appearance, He can really flow over any beat. Dua Lipa is a generous queen, gifting Calvin Harris a 2020s hit in my chart with Potion. Thug actually slaps on this one too! Vigilante Shit is very moody and has a killer opening line. I love reputation and this is very reputation-coded. I adore justified. It's such an easy song to sing along with and Kacey sounds gorgeous as ever. Wayne is often considered to be the feature-GOAT and I Heard You're Married is good evidence on why. It shouldn't work but all his punches land. Drake has not been a hitmaker in my charts in this decade with Lemon Pepper Freestyle being one of only two songs for him here. The sample is electric. Future Starts Now is so fun with great production. I can't believe she (for a time anyway) scrapped the era after this. Another back-to-back set of tracks, this time for Bebe Rexha. The Break My Heart Myself era already feels like an age ago. I enjoy her delivery on it though. I'm Not High, I'm In Love was a nice disco moment from her too. One hit wonder alert with Austin. A nice little slice of country-pop but it did get overplayed. Let Them Know is a song that's ageing much better than I had anticipated. It felt like a Dua-clone at the time but feels fresher now that sound isn't as prominent. Airplane Mode feels more like a NSG song than Nines but it's still a banger. The hook is brazy. They didn't need to go as hard as they did for a Netflix soppy novel adaptation but I'm glad they did as Come Back Home is a bop. The pre-chorus is my highlight. Who had 1/4th of Cover Drive teaming up with Kendrick for a song? Not me, but for the 'mainstream' moment from Kendrick's least-mainstream album, it worked well. I have nothing to say about the whole Common/Pete Rock album. It's perfection and the only reason Fortunate isn't more dominating is because the project is more of a whole piece rather than a collection of singles. Dove makes it a hat-trick of back-to-back artists with LazyBaby being from back before her rebrand. It's deletion from Spotify isn't helping it here. Brooklyn hit so much harder now that I'm a Maisie stan and know about (her sister) Ellen through the podcast. Bugzy and Chip aren't quite the UK Biggie and Tupac, despite what the song wants you to believe but it was still so cool to see the pair squash their beef on Notorious. And goonies vs E.T. is just goes hard. Great instrumental and Killer Mike and El-P sound so good. The lyrics are great and the hook is banging.

UK Singles Chart new entry of the week | 2026 Week 11
Bebe Rexha & Faithless - New Religion Harry Styles - American Girls Harry Styles - Ready, Steady, Go! Julia Wolf - In My Room Bruno Mars - God Was Showing Off ANOTR & 54 Ultra - Talk To You Not really a fan of any of them this week. Bebe's song is by far the worst out of the three that she's recently released but still probably just about my favourite here. The sample feels a bit too iconic to really land for me. American Girls has a catchy chorus and probably would have been top if the verses weren't so forgettable. Ready, Steady, Go! is repetitive but not awful.

Africa Cup of Nations 2025/26
If you didn’t lift the trophy can you really consider yourself the winners? I imagine Senegal will win their appeal but even if they don’t, no one will consider Morocco to be the champions. It’ll his be like Musk thinking people call it ‘X’ instead of Twitter.

(04) The Bride! - £176,700 (-75%) Weeks: 2 (£1,240,962) 10. (11) The Secret Agent - 77,891 (-31%) Weeks: 4 (£1,134,142) Falling out: Crime 101 (4 weeks) Giselle: ROH, London 2026 (1 week) Othello (1 week) Holding well for a second week at #1 is Pixar’s ‘Hoppers’ (-52%, -31% without previews). With £7.7 million, this means that it was already beaten the lifetime total for last year’s ‘Elio’ (£5.3 million) and the COVID-impacted ‘Onward’ (£7.7 million) and is still tracking ahead of where ‘Elemental’ was at the same point (£6,630,843). Just like last week with the opening, the last Pixar original to be tracking higher at the same stage was ‘Coco’ in 2018 (£8,165,400). It still looking good for this to end up grossing £20 million+. In terms of money made this weekend, the #2 film would be ‘Project Hail Mary’ which had previews on Saturday and Sunday. However, they will be rolled into its opening next weekend so the actual #2 film is ‘Reminders Of Him’ (£1,081,953). This is the third adaptation of a Coleen Hoover novel in as many years and is the lowest opening of the three after ‘It Ends With Us’ (£4,516,760, #1, 2024) and ‘Regretting You’ (£1,275,980. #2, 2025). However, they are all budgeted well and are great money-makers. This one stars Tyriq Withers and scream-queen Maika Monroe and cost $25 million. Worldwide, it has made $28 million worldwide in its opening weekend so should prove to be another hit. The only other new entry this week is ‘How To Make A Killing’ (£884,599, £611k without previews, #3). This stars Glen Powell and is a loose retelling of the 1949 film ‘Kind Hearts and Coronets’. An A24 film, this didn’t really break-out in the US when it was released last month so this feels like a decent debut to me. Although it is well down on Powell’s other recent releases: ‘The Running Man’ (£2,383,269, #2, 2025), ‘Twisters’ (£4,149,210, #2, 2024) and ‘Anyone But You’ (£1,253,694, #5, 2023). The best hold this week, and managing to climb a place to #4 from its #5 debut, is ‘Mother’s Pride’ (-15%). This film has already passed £2 million and this type of British drama usually has great legs so should continue to tick along very nicely. ‘Wuthering Heights’ completes the top 5 with a 51% drop in week 5. ‘The Bride!’ isn’t have a good time though, dropping a massive 75% in week two as it falls to #9. Mixed times for star Jessie Buckley as she did pick up her first Oscar last night for ‘Hamnet’. Speaking of the Oscars, ‘The Secret Agent’ didn’t manage to pick up any awards but does re-enter the top 10 after a 31% drop. It has become the sixth foreign-language film distributed by Mubi to pass £1 million. A really impressive feat for them! ‘Scream VI’ loses 58% in weekend three but is now only £600k away from overtaking the previous film in the franchise. ‘Goat’ and ‘EPiC: Elvis Presley In Concert’ are the final two holdovers, dropping 39% and 47%. The Elvis film is now up to £3.4 million. An impressive result for a music documentary. There are two further new entries in the #11-15 section: ‘Seima I Gamta’ (#12) and ‘Exhibition On Screen: Turner & Constable 2026 (#13). Next week sees the openings of ‘Project Hail Mary’, ‘Ready Or Not 2: Here I Come’, ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’, ‘Arco’, ‘Dead Man’s Wire’, ‘The Land Of Sometimes’, ‘Midwinter Break’, ‘Apnas’, ‘The Good Boy’ and ‘Broken English’. We also see re-releases of ‘Moulin Rouge!’ and ‘The Killer’. Can any of them top the charts?

Pharrell Williams & Zack de la Rocha - JU$T (200-281-371-446) BLACKPINK - Tally (380-447) J. Cole feat. Ari Lennox, Young Dro & Gucci Mane - Pricey (219-302-382-449) Taylor Swift - Bejeweled (135-225-303-369-449) AJ Tracey - Little More Love (NE) YEJI - Air Four songs from 2025 make their debuts in this section, coming from YEJI, Alessi Rose, Olivia Dean and Janet Devlin. Little More Love is the 3rd #1 hit of the decade to appear. Another catchy chorus from AJ but not his strongest overall. 'Midnights' is my top Taylor album of the 2020s and Bejeweled is a highlight. I really enjoy the synths. Gucci Mane sounds so good on Pricey and very different from his usual style. Cole has some fun rhymes too. Tally is another album track from BLACKPINK and its certainly one of their most attention-grabbing ballads. The shock highlight on JU$T is Pharrell's chorus but Zach is a cool addition too. betty sees Taylor tells us a tale of teenage romance and regret and its one of her most engaging narratives. Just a lovely track all-round. Physical took its time to grow on me but I'm fully on board now. The highlight is the bridge and this song was made for live settings. Boy isn't as polished as Maisie's later work but the signs of pop-bangerism was there. peekaboo was a different side from Kendrick and is just fun vibes. The SupaHotFire reference is crazy. Constant Repeat is such an apt title because I was spamming this (and the rest of the album) in 2022. The outro is heavenly. Head Head Honcho is maybe not one I'm proud of being on this list. It's crude and cheap but that's the point. The production is so fun. cardigan bops along very nicely and has a really great melody. Very different vibe to the songs either side of it. One of which being Weird! which is another one that lives up to its title. It's really Leah doing what she does best: making cringe pop. Kelly Price's vocals on Couldn't Be Done are insane and we could have done with them being used more. The Kanye-esque pitched sample is smooth as hell too. Us Against the World is the most 50 Cent song not made by 50 Cent. I'm surprised this sound hasn't had a sustained comeback yet. Tjay's whiney vocals shouldn't work on a gangsta sex-jam but Pop Smoke's smoothness just about sells Mood Swings. This one really worms its way into my head. Not many songs have as many prominent samples as Ego Death and still sound cohesive. Some more twigs wouldn't have went amiss. With 'classic interpolations' being the trend of the early 20s, it was inevitable some would land with me and My Head & My Heart is one of those that did. You Signed Up For This is the title-track to Maisie's debut album and has a great energy to the verses which are stronger than the chorus. Sacrifice is certainly a song that ends at its highest point with a fun outro. Good but not as hard-hitting as I had remembered. Big Ole Freak dates from 2018 but I didn't heard it until 2020. It was Megan's first Billboard hit and deservedly so. I haven't listened to it for ages but its sounding pretty good today.

(NE) Taylor Swift - Elizabeth Taylor (57-112-171-251-362-452) Skepta, Chip & Young Adz - St Tropez (x-216-287-373-453) D-Block Europe feat. Central Cee - Overseas (255-325-407-454) Hailee Steinfeld feat. Anderson. Paak - Coast (319-376-455) Leigh-Anne - Don’t Say Love (86-147-229-307-389-456) Camila Cabello feat. DaBaby - My Oh My (210-290-379-457) Tate McRae - you're so cool (386-458) Eminem - Houdini (185-262-326-397-459) Dave - Titanium (237-321-392-460) The Weeknd - Less Than Zero - (x-NE) Tate McRae - 2 hands (130-195-274-370-462) Anabel Englund - Midnight Rapture (72-146-215-298-395-463) Blackpink - Crazy Over You (399-464) Kacey Musgraves - Ruthless (NE) JISOO - Hugs & Kisses (NE) Alessi Rose - pretty world (172-209-292-398-467) ROSÉ - Gone (250-334-468) Taylor Swift - Now That We Don’t Talk (48-107-166-260-364-469) DaBaby feat. Ashanti & Megan Thee Stallion - NASTY - (243-322-404-470) JID - Money (394-471) Dua Lipa - Illusion (268-340-413-472) Sabrina Carpenter - bet u wanna (x-NE) Saba & No ID feat. Madison McFerrin, Ogi & Jordan Ward - head.rap (NE) Reneé Rapp - At Least I’m Hot (61-119-187-267-366-475) Hardy Caprio & SL - XYZ Four songs from 2025 make their debuts in this section, coming from Reneé Rapp, Alessi Rose, JISOO and Taylor Swift. Two songs make delayed debuts this year. head.rap was one of two great rap songs from 2025 about black people's hair. This one just has such a joyful vibe. It took the album release for me to realise just how much of a banger 2 hands is. There's a few songs that are falling fast in this section, including XYZ. The sample does carry it a bit but SL sounds smooth as ever. Sabrina really was on fire during the 'emails...' era, just banger after banger, including bet u wanna. Dua's latest album was a bit of a stepdown from her previous era but Illusion has grown on me since her tour. Money is another song with a child's choir. Great flow from JID with his nostalgic views of wanting fame as a youth. Gut-punching music video. There certainly isn't a song holding up worse than NASTY. Ashanti & Megan were necessary because DaBaby's parts are a mixed bag. Now That We Don't Talk is the second vault track from 1989. It feels much more 'Midnights' coded to me. I wish it was longer. Gone is a nice little ballad and much more ROSÉ's style than BLACKPINK's. Ruthless feels like a warm hug. Kacey sounds gorgeous and its just a really nice song. I'm so excited for her new era with a banger of a lead-single released today. Crazy Over You is an album-track from BLACKPINK that always goes off in a live setting. It has a fun bridge! Midnight Rapture was my favourite discovery from my spell from entering into BJSC. I love her rap. Less Than Zero is a great song but I think it felt a tad underwhelming as it felt like we'd early heard this multiple times from Weeknd already at this point. Titanium is a massive banger and just shows that Dave could be releasing massive hits all the time if he really wanted to. Two minutes of pure coldness. Houdini is an old-school Eminem lead-single. Some cringy lines but some moments of genius too. you're so cool has a really catchy chorus. Certainly one of Tate's best album tracks. My Oh My still sounds so good. DaBaby sounds much better than on his own track in this section. Don't Say Love is actually sounding really fresh to me now too. Leigh-Anne definitely has had the weakest singles of the three solo Mixers so far but I've still enjoyed her efforts. Coast has been holding up very well for me. It's perfect for the summer months and its really making me wish that Haille would continue her music career. Overseas is probably D-Block Europe's best song (and biggest hit). Even Dirtbike LB doesn't sound too bad here. Cench's verse sounds unmixed but adds to the charm. St Tropez makes it back-to-back Young Adz. A popular choice on this website! This one heavily relies on the M.I.A. sample.
