October 7, 200916 yr Looking at it now, I have a feeling Whitney could be nearly top 10. The normal version is 14 on itunes, the remix is 58. I'm praying for a high position!
October 7, 200916 yr The r1 playlist thread hasnt been started yet so i am celebrating the sats going A-list in here, here goes................ :cheer:

October 8, 200916 yr Author Firstly by the looks of things the top 5 singles are set in stone now, sales look pretty consistant all week. Secondly the album sales are looking dire, I really expected Madonna to re'take #1 in the album chart, I never expected Barbra Striesand to get a #1 album this week, Barbra seems to be stretching her lead a bit. Thirdly and finally, didn't expect Whitney to get top 20 to be honest, but I'm shocked she is just outside the top 10 :o
October 8, 200916 yr Ryan, can I have please the Tiesto single position again? :) Thanks in advance :cheer:
October 8, 200916 yr Thanks Ryan, so the cherrypicking of the album hasn't helped the song to climb back a bit :(
October 8, 200916 yr Author Nerina Pallot's album is struggling to stay top 40 by the looks of things, hopefully when she releases her single, the album could make a U-turn, why did she release her album before the single, was a dumb move.
October 8, 200916 yr Albums 1 Barbra Striesand 16k 2 Madonna 13.9k She seems to be pulling away from Madonna, which I certainly didn't expect.
October 8, 200916 yr Author Album sales should look better next week, Chipmunk, Saturdays, Editors, Taio Cruz, and Shakira, should see a top 10 clearout next week, my money will probably be on Taio Cruz on getting the #1 album, also Editors might be a dark horse, usually they are big album sellers, but I think they are going to miss out this time round. Its going to be more of a urban battle between Taio and Chipmonk.
October 8, 200916 yr :puke2: :puke2: At No.1 on singles. Probs the worst artist to ever get to no.1. This is a crime. Sorry i just had to rant about this :(. Sorry if i'm too nasty or slaggy but it's that Chipmunk doesn't even deserve to get anywhere :( Agreed. I hate it.
October 8, 200916 yr Ry Could you post the following positions:- Beyonce (Broken Hearted Girl) JayZ/Mr Hudson (Young Forever) Medina (You And I) Please :)
October 8, 200916 yr Barbra Striesand, Madonna, Vera Lynn, Andy Williams, Chris Rea...the average age to get a top 20 album this year must have shot up by about 20 years :heehee: Whitney on the verge of a top ten hit is a huge surprise too, I thought it would be lucky to scrape the top 40, it's hardly amazing :o
October 8, 200916 yr Ryan, can I have please the Tiesto single position again? :) Thanks in advance :cheer: ^ 69+1 Ben Side note - Whitney confirmed for X Factor on Sunday 18th :w00t: Thanks Ryan, so the cherrypicking of the album hasn't helped the song to climb back a bit :( This is strange. The album version is at approximately the same position as the single version last week, and in addition, this week the album versino is supported by the single version just outside the top 100, yet combined this week the single/album version is lower in the mids than the single version alone last week. :S Very confusing :S
October 8, 200916 yr Author Barbra Striesand, Madonna, Vera Lynn, Andy Williams, Chris Rea...the average age to get a top 20 album this year must have shot up by about 20 years :heehee: I expected Andy Williams to fly up, he will after tomorrow :D with his stint on Jools Holland :D Top 5 beckons :heehee:
