There's hardly any big album releases this week, Mumford & Sons, good god that sounds like an ad for a furniture removal business, anyhow back on track M&S are hardly big album sellers, plus sales are hardly booming until a big album release comes out, so acts that in the current limelight can have some influence on the current chart. I should imagine Andy Williams will finish top 10 on Sunday after his performance on Jools Holland on Friday.

That's a huge sales drop for Chipmunk, if he does the same tomorrow 9k to 11k, his sales for the week are looking around 85k

Of course it is :huh: Today's sales are just from what was sold yesterday. Yesterday's mids included, pre-orders, AND Sunday/Monday sales.... Seeing as Sundays are apparently the most popular day for songs now, it's hardly a surprise.

I never thought I'd EVER say this about a Chipmunk song, but Oopsy Daisy is actually quite cool :blink: Maybe it's because he hardly appears in the song at all and it's mostly some woman singing it, a bit like those Shaggy songs from 2001 where some other guy sang the whole song and he just rapped some bits in the middle.

I'm surprised Tiesto are @ #69, given they were #68 yesterday, and as you say climbing fast on iTunes. Wonder if there is the 2nd version (album version) somwehere else in the Top 200 (or just outside), which hasn't been added to the first version's sales yet?

I hope Whitney Houston goes top 20 by sunday and i think its looking likely she will, to p15 would be great to, i hope her album does quite well for her.
