Should be 6th I think. More 12s. And of course people care. More people will be interested in your XXII entry for sure :) Thanks btw

You've done it again Tom :P More 12s is the tie-breaker in the semis, more votes is the tie-breaker in the finals...

Oh, and Gary, a countback is where it's tied and the host settles it by 'counting back' how many votes both songs got. The one which received more votes wins. Tres dramatic! ;o

By the way Pavel, you split the ties wrongly in your table...

And sorry if you didn't get it Jerick, I asked Pavel to send it to you.

I didn't 'split' those songs in my table, Excel did it for me. Was too tired last night at 1:30am :heehee:

Ashton is 21st, Xanaga is 6th and Lotopialand is 24th.

Sorry  I don't think I'll ever get it right :drama:

It's easy to remember the rules:

in semis two songs got 12 points, one - a single 12 from one country and the other - twelve 1's. It's more likely that those 1's were given because the quality wasn't that good or just like a consolation prize :heehee: So the quality factor plays a huge role here, we don't want to give a position in the final to the song that received countless 1's and 2's whereas the other was really loved by several people.

And vice versa for final. If a song that received 1's and 2's gets through - it's just the sign of a huge flop, it's pointless to have such song in the final.

But of course such ideal situation is very unlikely but i hope you get the point. Of course if you told about it at all. :heehee:

From 6th in my semi to 23rd overall. :o

YAY I made Top 10 last minute! :D So pleased I did.

Well done to Lorikeet, it pisses all over 'Gold Digger'. Would've rather seen Dollface or Carmen & Camille win but oh well, good to have a new host/winner anyway.

We've been having a new winner for the 3rd time in a row now, why people are complaining about the lack of new winners?

BTW, this is the second case of the former Angelicland Top 10 entry winning on the second attempt used by another country :kink:

Let's not mention that. :( It's quite weird that both were two contests after I sent them originally though. Robyn also went on to claim victory although stopped off at Quotsibb before representing Mdice.

I'm pleased with 4th, finally an entry that received a few 12's, they usually just come from Botanikka. :drama:

I can't believe so many songs got above 100 points :o

It can only mean that this contest had a high quality
