October 13, 200916 yr I still dont really see why bad boys is doing so well. I still only like the intro, that bits fierce and then the chorus is so naff. Its not bad though, just didnt expect it to do this well. It's an uptempo 'banger' with an actual melody which is quite rare. It's a very memorable song. The chorus is epic! If anything it's the intro which is naff. *robot voice* badboysbadboys *creaky computer effects*
October 13, 200916 yr Theres no way alexandras 2nd week of sales is going to be more than cheryls first week (after an xfactor performance). I wasnt actually bothered about cheryl going to number 1 but i think it'd be quite cool now :D

Can't wait for the album I really doubt she'll hold up against Cheryl, and even if she does, I think her sales will drop below 80k (Cheryl's too) in week 3 and Jay Sean will be #1 on around 85k.
October 13, 200916 yr IMO I can't see Cheryl selling 100k i think it'll be around 80-85k. Which will keep Alex at the top as her sales will be aided by the album selling at around another 100k. Just because Cheryl is doing better on airplay doesn't mean more people like the song and will want to buy it. I Imagine it'll either hold at #2 the following week behind Jay Sean or could be #1 (depending on how Jay does). Also the week of Jay's release there could be another few songs go Top 10 like Tinchy Stryder, Miley Cyrus and I hope Dolly Rockers will do well with their amazing second (third?) single.

I think Alex will do anywhere between 170 and 200k this week, then next week it will drop to about 100-105k and Cheryl will do about 120-150k, then both will drop to between 60 and 80k and Jay Sean will go to #1 with 80-85k... then JLS will knock Jay off, doing about the same as their first single (100k-ish).
