Rachel was one of the best this week, so much better than the AWFUL Lloyd, who only got through because of his looks in the first place most likely.

If two of the judges can't see how much more talented Rachel is, I really don't think they should be judges on this show for TALENT.

 

Ridiculous.

It actually doesn't matter what any of them sing, it's just about publicity now and who can win the most votes from viewers in there VT'S and in the way they act on stage.

 

I swear if Stacey, Lucie and Joe leave the contest in the next three weeks I'm moving over to Strictly come dancing

Seriosuly? Oh god @ this. Rachel, one of the best singers in the competition. No scrap that, THE best singer in the competition and Lloyd, incapable of singing in tune to save his life. Who goes home? Rachel. Of course. This is the UK. What do you expect?

 

I no longer care tbh who goes through. Sure i'd prefer Stacey, Joe or Olly to win but we might as well let the twins win and let it be done.

Didn't Rachel have some interest from some labels anyway?

 

This years Laura White and both happened on the same week.

I've always been the one who stood up for X factor when these kind of things happened. I believed that it had some kind of higher standing when it came to talent.

 

But this really seals the deal....I'll probably watch the x factor still for Stacey, Lucie and Joe but it really robs the fun out of it when you know it doesn't really matter what the hell they sing when they could face Lloyd and end up leaving.

 

I think I'm finally figuring out what having the "X Factor" really means.....and Lloyd and John & Edward have it in bucketfulls.

 

I'd like to see Stacey, Lucie or Joe win but tbh I think it would be much more fun if John & Edward win! :D

Lloyd will get more phone votes than Rachel, which is why Simon put it to deadlock; it's all about making money rather than acknowledging actual talent.

 

I feel well sorry for Rachel, but then again she was never going to win.

What is up with Simon Cowell? He needs to judge the contestants with his own opinion and not the opinion of a million teenage Lloyd crushers. How could he think that based on the public vote that Lloyd is a better singer than Rachel? He even said so himself that Rachel performed brilliantly and that Lloyd couldn't even talk let alone sing. Seriously, how many more good acts need to go before the judges start taking this show seriously? John and Edward are there STILL?!

 

[EDIT] I really hope that Rachel did have some interest from a record label, shes a brilliant singer and I'd love to hear some of her music in a year or so. She has a nice, powerful and interesting voice that is better than the garbage left in the show, she was the best female artists this year to get through and now she's gone it looks like a definate male winner. :/

I'm actually hoping a new talent contest starts one of these days to rival X Factor.

 

One that actually cares about Talent.

 

The Bottom Line is X Factor isn't a contest to find out who has the most Talent, it's a contest to find out who's going to make the most money for Simon Cowell. :magic:

FUKK OFF! Worst result in X-Factor ever (so far)! Rachel gave two of the best performances (Both last night AND tonight) of the series and she's gone? :huh:

 

FUK RIGHT OFF! Both Lloyd and Danyl could have gone the week after each other and would have been deserved! ERGH! They may as well scrap the judges vote, keep the final sing-off but give the viewers half an hour or so to vote based on that performance. They have an hour results show now so it can easily be done. Do the results at the start (to find the bottom 2), let them perform, bring on the guests and then end with the final set of votes.

its not about singing anymore but she really was amazing this week, I dont get it, ahh well!

The whole judging thing on X factor is borked anyway. Someone mentioned it on the Xtra Factor and they hit the nail on the head.

 

The judges should not have a particular act that they mentor, Judge and Mentors should be two different entities.

 

Because what's the point of having four judges when you already know that two are just going to save their own acts regardless of what they actually thought of the performances.

It would be UNFAIR to put constantly through acts that the public refuses to vote for. Okay, they can save a contestant once or twice if they think the public got it wrong, but it was the 3rd time in four weeks that Rachel was in the bottom 2. What the point to put her through as far as the judges can if it's obvious she doesn't appeal to the public. She already had a second chance, twice. Blame the public if you want, but not the judges.

im disappointed rachel is gone, leaving llyod;s soar throat aside he isnt a good singer in my opinion, and what is very annoying is acts like llyod and john and edward staying on while some one who is a great singer (rachel) is gone.
