Does anyone know where JLS's track 'Step It Out' as I can't fathom why the track entered top 15 on the official chart, its hardly made a mark inside the top 40 iTunes chart, I smell something fishy.

wow, thats weird

Here we go again with the JLS thing.

I think it will be gone tomorrow like usual. Sales of 'Spell It Out' were probably from the physicals. Dunno.

I love that JLS have not sold as expected that is what a $h!t vocal performance does even Cheryl was better. I'm pretty sure those sales are not far off Beat Agains first day so it doesn't seem the X Factor has worked for them.

Why release Kesha now on a Tuesday? Record companies are retarded.

Well hello Ke$ha!

I think there's another problem with JLS, the whole B Side charting ridiculously high thing. Maybe EPs / CD singles sales are attached to the B Side.

I'm not sure about them adding Ke$ha now. It doesn't have any chance at the #1 this month (JLS this week, Leona/N-Dubz next week, X Factor finalists the following week). It will take a miracle to reach it. It'll probably do a 'Hot N Cold' now.

The mind boggles as to why they never released Kesha in January so it could have a 'Just Dance' style run.

Probably released it early coz they have seen there is a demand for it and with the fake version doing so well, they didn't want people to buy the fake version then not buy the original (if that makes sense). So they aren't being "retarded". Songs have been released on a Friday before and gone Top 40 on the officials on the following Sunday. Also Katy Perry (IKAG) debuted at number 4 after being released on a Wednesday or Thursday. So it's only gonna make the song get more buyers.

I believe they are. If they are trying to launch a new artist it is better to do it than January than in November when the charts are clogged up with X Factor crap. Mileys fake version was out for months and that didn't hinder its performance so I believe they should have held back on release.

You can never know that. Maybe Miley could have been bigger if it was released a bit earlier and not let the fake versions chart, although with Miley the thing was that the fake versions were all deleted at some point.

BTW the same happened with David Guetta twice, fake versions were very high, in fact they have charted in the official chart, so they decided to move forward the download release.

That Slade Christmas song in the top 1000 for the first time this year at #966.

Ke$ha at #17.

Edit: looking at pop chart instead.

YES, MIRACLE.

THANK YOU KE$HA RECORD COMPANY!

No Miley top ten if all goes well :w00t:

They should've waited for Ke$ha, if it was released later it would've had a much greater chance at #01. :( Shame.
