November 13, 200916 yr If somebody had have told me 4 weeks ago that a brand spanking new Leona track would be outsold by a 6 month old 3rd single by the BEPs... I only hope they can keep their lead. No doubt Simon Cowell has something up his sleeve though  I'm afraid of him too... But what he can do? he have only 3 hours and till than the BEP gap will be like 5~K... The song it too much new to sing and if it will be in the background it won't have too much effect to beat the BEP.
November 13, 200916 yr Ya should never have doubted BEP's could do it ^_^ I think it's more of her galling and not selling any copies in the last 2 days than them but it's fine by me :) lol on her sales in first week and DROPPING, she needs to release a proper single from the album in my opinion.

November 13, 200916 yr I am shocked. Although I don't think that song is nothing special. It flopped in the USA by the way. Billboard hot 100 - no7? Flop, for a 3rd single in the U.S? Really?

No doubt Simon Cowell has something up his sleeve though  I predict: * we'll be hearing lots of "Happy" throughout the X-Factor on Saturday. * there will be lots of Leona ads all over the TV this weekend. * there will be a drastic reduction in the price of the track on key download sites.
November 13, 200916 yr Billboard hot 100 - no7? Flop, for a 3rd single in the U.S? Really? Oh hardly number 7 in USA. It got to lucky #50 on Hot 100. Wouldn't consider that a hit! Sorry Edited November 13, 200916 yr by wczorajdzonson
November 13, 200916 yr I predict: * we'll be hearing lots of "Happy" throughout the X-Factor on Saturday. * there will be lots of Leona ads all over the TV this weekend. * there will be a drastic reduction in the price of the track on key download sites. I think you're taking these conspiracy theories a tad too far, Cowell probably knows she ain't got no chance now and will be diverting all his attention to the LP..
November 13, 200916 yr Oh hardly number 7 in USA. It got to lucky #50 on Hot 100. Wouldn't consider that a hit! Sorry No it did get to number 7 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Eyed_Peas_discography
November 13, 200916 yr * there will be a drastic reduction in the price of the track on key download sites. An e-mail got sent out yesterday to the Leona fanbase - The track has been reduced to 49p on HMV and 50p on 7Digital.
November 13, 200916 yr When is there going to be an update in sales? Hopefully Robbie's got past them!
November 13, 200916 yr No it did get to number 7 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Eyed_Peas_discography I think he was talking about Leona...
November 13, 200916 yr Author There isn't an album update on MW, its missing somehow, how can they lose it, surely if they updated the singles mid chart they would do the album chart at the same time, oh well... I'm not going to chain myself to it, when it turns up I post it, unless someone with a MW account beat me to it later.
November 13, 200916 yr im glad BEP's have overtaken Leona, it's good to know that her sales are for decent songs and not just cause it's her. Happy is ok, but it's not a killer first single, so #2 is an adeqaute position. Sure she will get a #1 off this album when she releases the right track. I do say this without listening to it mind!
November 13, 200916 yr Oh hardly number 7 in USA. It got to lucky #50 on Hot 100. Wouldn't consider that a hit! Sorry It peaked at #7!!! Check my weekly US analysis fro details! :)
November 13, 200916 yr Well thats the last we'll see of the BEP's on XF. No offence to Leona but even if she does get back to #1 her bosses will still be slightly worried about the sales. I think they expected 100k first day, especially after Alex, JLS and Cheryl. However everyone knows the album is where the money is
November 13, 200916 yr An e-mail got sent out yesterday to the Leona fanbase - The track has been reduced to 49p on HMV and 50p on 7Digital. I think it's wrong because due to the circumstances like these - reducing a price of a single - it's absolutely wrong! That doesn't really reflect on their popularity and showing how cheap they are! They are really desperate. Besides, if Leona doesn't go to number 1 this week - there's no way she will go to number 1 next week as "You Are Not Alone" is being released...
November 13, 200916 yr It peaked at #7!!! Check my weekly US analysis fro details! :) The trouble with the US is theres so many charts! Billboard top 100, bubbling under, top RNB, Top pop, Itunes, Download
November 13, 200916 yr It peaked at #7!!! Check my weekly US analysis fro details! :) Like someone said, i think they meant leona because happy got to 50 there. It was just a bit confusing because they said - i am surprised BEP have overtaken leona - it was a flop in the USA.

However everyone knows the album is where the money is Surely... but the album will be again full of boring ballads and no-songs like the boring "Spirit". Although it sold a lot, it will end up in Charity Shop quite soon since it's dull as peeling the potatoes.
