#16 is a disappointment, but 32k is still really good sales and outsold AGLM's first week sales ... maybe even matched GGGB's? So it's not too much of an issue.

Sales > Position.

The position is really bad, but still the sales are pretty bad following on from an album that sold 1.5 million and everyone was expecting this to be so huge, and plus I don't think the album is likely to have consistent sales over time either.

Glad JLS are still number 2 :D

And according to the spoilers on page 1 they sold over 100k for a third successive week too

[06] 11| JLS – Everybody In Love

[12] 12| Jay Sean ft. Lil Wayne – Down

[09] 13| N-Dubz – I Need You

[10] 14| Britney Spears – 3*

[24] 15| Michael Bublé – Haven’t Met You Yet

[20] 16| Pixie Lott – Cry Me Out*

[14] 17| The Black Eyed Peas – I Gotta Feeling

[11] 18| Alexandra Burke ft. Flo Rida – Bad Boys

[**] 19| Mariah Carey – I Want To Know What Love Is*

[16] 20| Florence + The Machine – You’ve Got The Love

[19] 21| Westlife – What About Now

[17] 22| Jay-Z ft. Alicia Keys – Empire State Of Mind

[13] 23| Sugababes – About A Girl

[22] 24| Robbie Williams – You Know Me*

[23] 25| 50 Cent ft. Ne-Yo – Baby By Me*

[15] 26| Alesha Dixon – To Love Again

[25] 27| Paolo Nutini – Pencil Full Of Lead

[28] 28| Whitney Houston – Million Dollar Bill

[27] 29| Chris Brown ft. Lil Wayne and Swizz Beatz – I Can Transform Ya*

[**] 30| Lady GaGa ft. Beyoncé – Telephone*

[21] 31| Chase & Status ft. Plan B – End Credits

[33] 32| Taio Cruz – Break Your Heart

[38] 33| Taken By Trees – Sweet Child O’ Mine*

[26] 34| Shakira – Did It Again*

[36] 35| David Guetta ft. Akon – Sexy Bitch*

[44] 36| Chipmunk ft. Talay Riley – Look For Me*

[**] 37| Susan Boyle – I Dreamed A Dream*

[31] 38| Dizzee Rascal – Dirtee Cash

[32] 39| Chipmunk ft. Dayo Olatunji – Oopsy Daisy

[29] 40| Snow Patrol – Just Say Yes

---

I was listening to the 1Xtra takeover of Radio 1 last night; Dizzee was the headline act and he got like, no cheers at all. Chipmunk, JLS, Chase & Status etc. all whomped him. Poor Rascal, maybe he's losing his way a bit.

The position is really bad, but still the sales are pretty bad following on from an album that sold 1.5 million and everyone was expecting this to be so huge, and plus I don't think the album is likely to have consistent sales over time either.

I think Rated R will climb into the top 10 next week though after X Factor.

I think that TF and TFM sales are combined. they did that for the Aussie chart and we'll see if they do that in the US.

In countries where the 8 new songs are only available to buy with The Fame e.g. UK, AUS then the sales are combined and counted as a rerelease.

But in countries where the 8 new songs are available to buy seperately in their own EP e.g. USA then the EP will chart seperately however the deluxe that has The Fame on to will be counted with The Fame.

Hope that clears it up for everyone :)

I think Rihanna's album has got a bit lost in the xmas album rush. Hopefully it will improve when she gets some promo?

Wow :o

Everybody In Love is getting a bit tiresome.

It's always been tiresome.

LOL at Spears in albums  still it should have missed the top 40...

JLS are so boring now, much worse than Beat Again.

Rihanna is on Cheryl's Night In aswell so that should give the album a boost.

Edited by Chris.

One of them is really out of tune.. :heehee:

I thought it was just me ears :heehee:
