i still think Joe will be no1 cos of his cd sales - he has an unfair advantage being avalable in all supermarkets and hmv - even other cd singles don't get that!! The RATM song needs to have the same amount of dloads sold between now and saturday to see of the challenge of joe.

Does anyone know how many of alexandra burkes sales from last year were sold on cd during xmas week??

does anyone think if I set up a protest stall outside the south sheilds hmv asking people to dload rage i would get a kickin lol??

Try it and see and please let us know from your hospital bed how it all went.I have changed my mind and I will buy a physical copy of RATM in solidarity with you.

RATM more then double Joe.

:edit. Old news I see, looks like pop bars haven't changed for hours.

Edited by Xmas presence

looks like george michael wont be top 10 with the brillant december song!!

Hey Oddschecker has literally CRASHED in favour of Joe.

Today, last time I looked at 3pm Joe was evens at the shortest (1), RATM was 8/11 and odds on but now Joe's 4/9 and shortening with some, while RATM are 9/4, 11/4 etc.

I watch Big Brother and I know how bookies work/how cynical they can be. Do they know something we don't? That's a HUGE change in the last couple of hours over A LOT of bookies. Just wondering...

Joe was definitely behind/level a few hours ago. With the bars decreasing, it should be the other way around. I was expecting RATM to be well odds on by the next time I looked....

crazy lead. those pop bars for songs 30 down will be reduced to 1 bar if it continues.

:kink:

As you might be able to see from this little Paint job here,

RATM at 2 and a bit times as many as Joe

Joe at 3 1/2 times as many as 3OH!3

RATM at 7 and a bit times as many as 3OH!3

Physical sales of Joe's song have been very positive today.

Bookies know everything. I follow that site for a lot stuff I don't understand I recognise that as a sudden change. The bookies have gone from RATM being slight favourites in the afternoon to being fairly confident again that Joe is going to win it.

I hope 3OH!3 get top 3 on the charts this week. Perhaps top 2 next week or the week after.

Now that 3OH!3 are outselling Lady GaGa I'm not nearly as upset about RATM. I wouldn't have won the bet anyway.

Go RATM! Even though I like Joe, it is quite funny to see this happening.

how do you know the physical sales are positive?

He means they were positive, as in, non-zero, and not negative.

Probably more than the 1 he bought as well, but we can't confirm it *at the moment*.

Agreed. As it shames the X-Factor, because as anyone who has watched Glee will know it covers well known songs, but in stark contrast to the X-Factor winners does it in a way that is inspiring reinventing the original composition.

Glee Cast - Rehab

Hopefully when the show becomes as huge in the UK & Europe in 2010, as it has been in the USA, Canada, South Africa & Australia in 2009 the Simon Cowell asslickers will realise the errors of the ways as to how they have been taken as mugs by a man who earnt $157million in 2008.

Agree with everything you have just said. I'd go one step further and say some of their covers are even better than the originals. But the actors on Glee actually have talent and in some cases broadway experience- unlike most people on the X Factor :kink: if Glee becomes big enough hopefully we could have our own Glee forum so we can discuss the songs from the show, I guess we just have to be patient lol

More on topic, I'm glad it's climbed 2 places to #28 I feared it might have peaked last night after the show and would drop today. Hopefully it will keep on climbing throughout the rest of the week.

 I'm sure we were quite aware of this. :P

I bought my copy of KITN...hope it wins the race. :)

What are you talking about? EVERY betting site I have been on for the last hour still has RATM as the clear favourite. Could you provide a link?

According to some on another forum Tesco's are selling Joe's single for 99p as a loss leader
