Posted January 29, 201015 yr No other "major" releases that week, except the second week of Jedward and first week of Cowell's Haiti single (so number 1 is practically out of the question). But will this stunning song, peak high and then stick around for a while? It's playlisted by Radio 1, and has the potential to do VERY well indeed! LiXjYDKv2Mc
January 29, 201015 yr Author I think it'll peak at 4 and then stick around for a while about 17 weeks give or take a couple of weeks. It's definately shaping up to be a shocking big hit...
January 29, 201015 yr it screams #4 or #5 doesn't it - if it manages to click with the public that is...and I can't see why it wouldn't :o commercial radio need to get on the case with this song NOW instead of waiting until 2011 to start playing it :drama:
January 29, 201015 yr I see no reason what this cant get to the top 5, to then stick around for quite a while i'd say. Hopefully not too long that it becomes one of these 'I Gotta Feeling' typa songs, which everyones rather sick of..
January 29, 201015 yr At least top 10, but probably top 5. Mind you I did say the same about Girls Can't Catch...
January 29, 201015 yr Top 10 and about 12 or 13 weeks. This isn't as good as DBF(AID), I don't care what dem uvva bruvvas sayz.
January 29, 201015 yr 'Hurtful' is another great new upcoming track I'd like to see get decent chart success. I've chosen Top 5 whilst thinking it has the potential to peak as high as #2 (won't outsell Haiti Relief) and "A While (16 to 22 weeks Top 40)" because if it does chart high, that will encourage more people to download the song well into its chart run keeping the song inside the top 20 alone for a good 13 weeks? Plus it's a debut single and most artists tend to do very well with their debut singles.
January 30, 201015 yr Its a bit cheesy, but I really like this! :) I predict top 10, I think this has potential to hang around- could end up a big seller
January 30, 201015 yr I absolutely love this song and have been playing it for weeks but it doesn't seem to be getting much airplay at all. I think it will only peak at around #22 and sort of have a similar run as All The Right Moves. I can see it debuting at #25 or something like that. Hope it does as well as you think it will but personally, I think its being over-estimated.
January 30, 201015 yr Plus it's a debut single and most artists tend to do very well with their debut singles. This isn't his debut Don't Pick Flowers was released last August and flopped
January 30, 201015 yr ah, his last single was probably just a buzz single. like la roux - 'quicksand'. I hope this is big :w00t:! I think it'll be number 2. it'd be number 1 if it weren't for john and edward or cowell's crew. :(
January 30, 201015 yr Author Yeah I always thought 'Don't Bring Flowers' was just a buzz single. Much like 'Stuck On Repeat', 'Under The Sheets', 'Mowgli's Road' etc...
