Is this a rip off of Franz Ferdinand - Take Me Out or is it a sample

It's not that similar, I agree it's the same sort of vibe tho. Good song

Love this song, disappointed it dropped so much since Tuesday, but I suppose that was kinda inevitable with the Brits effect.

Anyone else think the bass on this sounds like Bad Romance?

The U.K-based teen pop outfit the Saturdays formed in 2007 under the auspices of Polydor's Fascination Records. The five-piece girl group sports an accessible, melodic electro-pop sound tailored for pop radio, not to mention eye-catching good looks. In 2008 their debut single, "If This Is Love," hit number eight on the U.K. charts, only to be surpassed by "Up," which made it to number five, and "Issues" which reached number four. Their full-length studio album, CHASING LIGHTS, appeared in late 2008, followed soon after by a cover of the Depeche Mode synth-pop classic, "Just Can't Get Enough." With Spice Girls-inspired colour-coordinated outfits and distinct musical personalities, the Saturdays instantly captured the attention of the U.K. media, appearing on several television shows including the drama HOLLYOAKS LATER and the children's show ROSS LEE'S GHOULIES.

Oh my gosh. . GaGa tribute band #55. . Artists these days can't get their own original classy sound so they have to snag something out of GaGa's style to add profitability to their own

She is one of the classiest female pop star if not the classiest female pop star of the last decade! :o

Well, I would call her the queen of tasteless kitsch or the biggest freak of the decade, where's the class here?

Bring back Tina Turner or Shania Twain... that was pure class.

I still love Riverside :)

Soul singer Alexandra Burke emerged victorious as the winner of the fifth season of the UK reality show The X-Factor, three years after being rejected by the same programme. Thanks to a stunning duet with Beyonce and a soulful rendition of the Leonard Cohen classic "Hallelujah," Burke beat fellow finalists JLS and Eoghan Quigg to become the show's second female winner. "Hallelujah," her debut single, became the Christmas number one single just one week later, selling 576,000 copies in its first seven days and setting a record as the fastest-selling single by a solo female artist. Overcome, her debut album, was released in the U.K. the following October. - HMV

Considered one of the best lyricists to emerge in the wake of the Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac's deaths, Jay-Z has since carried the flag of hip-hop narrative skill. His Roc-A-Fella family had already created a solid reputation based on Jay-Z's 1997 debut. As his fame has grown, so has his tendency to bring more R&B production elements into his work, creating a club-friendly, danceable version of east coast gangsta hip-hop that hasn't diminished his reputation as a preeminent force in rap. Perhaps even more importantly, Jay-Z has become a powerful music impresario. In his role as president/CEO of Def Jam in the early 2000s, he fostered the careers of popular R&B singers Rihanna and Ne-Yo, and enjoyed a high profile as a co-owner of the New Jersey Nets basketball team. His long relationship and eventual marriage to superstar Beyonce has further endeared him to fans - HMV
