I'm glad this cringeworthy cheap song hasn't benefitted more from Brit Awards. Hopefully it will not trouble the Top 20.
Loving Telephone  I've pre-ordered the CD Single & Vinyl to get the complete Fame Monster era
Pixie was my first instinct......... but all I know is that she's the first solo female artist to get number one without reality TV

huh this cant be true

I don't think Telephone will be the massive hit that some people expected. Sure, it will do better than it is now when the video is released but I don't think it will go further than top 10.

Apparantly Ryan Seacrest just said on the radio in America that the vid is out next weekend.

The Los Angeles-based hip-hop group Black Eyed Peas has made a name for itself by taking an eclectic and organic approach to rap, R&B, and funk. Led by vocalist/multi-instrumentalist Will.I.Am., the band also includes two other MCs, Apl.de.Ap. and Taboo, along with vocalist Fergie, and a live backing band. Building a steady buzz with its first two releases, Black Eyed Peas garnered mainstream attention with the 2003 album, ELEPHUNK, which launched Fergie's solo career and helped make Will.I.Am one of the most in-demand producers in hip-hop, pop, and R&B for several years to come. - HMV

Scottish kitsch-dance producer, Calvin Harris, burst on to the UK music scene with his tongue-in-cheek single, "Acceptable In The 80s", which reached number 10 in the UK singles chart. A blend of retro synth sounds, and knowing lyrics it set the template for Harris' debut full length, I CREATED DISCO, released in June 2007. The album was preceded by Harris' second single, "The Girls", which upping the ante with it's ironic claims of sexual attractiveness--set to a synth sample from the Human League--the single shot top number 3 in the single charts. - HMV
