WHY HAS NO ONE MENTIONED MILEY f***ING CYRUS.

Yeah that's one.

I'm going now, so here is my last bit of hate for the night:

RAP MUSIC

I know that could be seen as generalizing, but I really do hate all rap songs. Pop & whichever type of rock Paramore does, will always be the best genres

I think they were more cheering at Keisha getting it right finally and Amelle not f***ing up third time round than the lyrics

It's a bit sad that 1/4 of the forum's posts today have come from this thread.

People love a good rant :P

AMEN that disney girl deserves some hate, still not as bad as joe's the climb, which only says bad things about him :puke2:

Most of the songs Glee cover are $h!t. Actually, I'd say just about all of them are LOL. I can't think of a single song that they covered that I liked, originally. Their versions are ALWAYS better.

You just don't get it tbh. It's very far removed from High School Musical. A sarcastic look on the high school life, etc. The songs high schoolers like. It has fairly intelligent writing unlike the shows you're referencing.

I don't doubt the programme (well I do actually) but the voices on the covers! Journey were bad enough, but the woman who sings on the DSB cover? Come on! She sounds more High School Musical than High School Musical sounds like High School Musical! It's really hard to listen to without cringing. No Air is a bland cover of a fairly bland (but decent) song, Don't get me started on Somebody To Love or the rest...

Lea Michelle who plays Rachel [The girl that sings on the DSB and No Air covers] is a broadway actress. Rather unHSM

Godney forgives those that trespass against her.

10/10 for making me laugh actually out loud.

Her voice is broadway / theatrical, of which she has a background. She was nominated for a Tony Award (I think, at least, I could be completely wrong), for her work in the critically acclaimed musical 'Spring Awakening'. Which I have seen on film and is incredible. <3 There's a difference between Broadway/HSM.

Oh god the ignorance. :/

This is generalizing whether you admit or not.

so leona has made it to if we're going by that :)

asswipe

ok now you are just stalking me, hope you don't hit me like someone hit leona lol

PRAISE BE TO MIKEY

-The Sugababes current line-up is their best one yet

-The Saturdays>Everyone else

Oh Aled :(

The Saturdays are VERY fortunate that Girls Aloud are on hiatus, and the Sugababes imploding, because they'd be dead in the water otherwise. Never have I seen a pop group so utterly DEVOID of anything resembling star power. I would honestly be able to walk past a Saturday down the street and not know - they are the Primark version of Girls Aloud - five random girls pulled off the street and given a makeover.

La Roux is the worst thing to happen to music in the past few years. The songs are dreadful in hindsight, her attitude towards other people stinks, and I fully regret buying her album. In fact, it's not even worth the energy throwing it in the bin. It can just stay there, collecting dust.

La Roux makes me so annoyed. She's even worse than err... Britney Spears in my eyes. (and this is someone who uses autotune and speaks in monotone)

I agree on La Roux, mainly on Elly's stinking attitude. She brings new meaning to the word c**t.

Also, anyone who says Lady GaGa is over-rated - well, I think she is under-rated.

Good as Lady GaGa is, I don't think anyone can really claim she is under-rated in the least. She's lapped up pretty much every sale, award and headline going for the past 12 months! It's the first time I can remember anyone making such an impact since the Spice Girls.

Shakira's voice makes me want to join Aled's queue to be shot. :)

Shakira does indeed sound like a warbling goat when she sings - She Wolf was a potentially well written and produced pop song, DESTROYED by utterly inept vocals.

2) They don't even sound like the Babes anymore. The Sugababes are all about originality and producing great pop tracks, look at 'Round Round', 'Hole In The Head', 'Push The Button', christ even 'Overload'.. now look at 'Wear My Kiss' and 'About A Girl' and 'Get Sexy' cheap, generic, Black Eyed Peas/GaGa/club knockoffs to sell out their sound.

Oh and 4.0 loons p*** me off to the max.

I will +1 James

> Delta Goodrem needs to realise that Brian McFadden is the most horrific creature in the music industry and had she scraped any lower in the barrel she would have gone through the bottom

> I Need You Now is the WORST choice of second single of all time. I blame All Around The World, for everything.

Never did I think I'd see the day where you criticised Delta :o

I quite liked I Need You Now, and was rather indifferent to Release Me.

Oh, and for the record, in no particular order the following artists are all shit.

Alexandra Burke, Leona Lewis, Lily Allen, Cheryl Cole, Lady GaGa, Alicia Keys, Robbie Williams, La Roux, Little Boots, JLS, Diana Vickers, Gabriella Cilmi, the Sugababes, Girls Aloud, Beyonce, Ke$ha, Timbaland, Katy Perry, Justin Timberlake, Marina and the Diamonds, Ellie Goulding, The Saturdays, Girls Can't Catch, Owl City, Glee Cast, Florence and the Machine, and probably more.

THANK YOU. That is all.

I was ready to attack you for naming Cilmi, Florence, Timbaland and Alicia, and then I noticed La Roux.

Whatever happened to your La Tyroux loonage?
