US iTunes seem very stale at the moment. 2010 has been a awful year for music (so far) especially in the States. -_-

15 of the Top 40 songs were released in 2010. :o

I don't think Justin Bieber will reach number one. #2 will be his iTunes peak. By thursday he will fall. This seems to be a trend with all his songs he released so far :P

It is, but the lead on #1 is less so he could do it... thought He would've by now though (He's #3).
