First single 'Watercolour' was played for the first time on Zane Lowe tonight

Not a great departure from their stuff but I'd imagine it'll be big nontheless

Album 'Immersion' should be out at some point in May

Really like this on first listen!
what happened to them going back to their DnB roots, this isnt even as good as the stuff on 'In Silico' one word: dissapointment.

But they're sellouts now chris. They don't need to go back to their "DnB days."

Anyway, I love the song. I'm not sure whether I prefer to their "classics", but it's a very decent song! Hopefully it does well.

but they said they were going back to their DnB roots with this album, yet we have a poorer version of a In Silico track here, dont get me wrong I like In Silico (although it got well samey all the way through), nothing beats their first album though.
'Watercolour' sounds disappointing at first listen. I'm actually liking this now after 2nd listen.

Hold Your Colour was amazing. In Silico wasn't as good but contained the brilliant Propane Nightmares.

This is just a less-good version of Propane Nightmares :\

I've been hearing this on the radio quite a bit while I've been home and I have to say it gets worse with every listen.

It's definitely their attempt at creating another 'Propane Nightmares' to appeal to listeners such as Radio 1's fanbase.

There's nothing very original about it though and I don't find it very memorable at all really. =[

I hope there's a song like 'The Tempest' on 'Immersion'. My favourite from their last album.

It's all very samey. 'The Island - Pt. 2 (Dusk)' is definately the highlight.
When I get round to hearing this, I seriously hope it's better than 'Watercolour' suggests. It's like they've just done a basic watered down version of their usual formula in a hurry and said "that'll do".
Like the album. A lot. "Witchcraft" is a great next single, would like "Crush" or "Comprachicos" next although "Self vs. Self" is amazing
Nah, it's decent IMO, in terms of Mainstream Dance, it's well up there and by far one of the better examples of mainstream stuff in comparison to the absolute dreck that's been calling itself "dance" in recent years.... Of course, the first album is absolutely peerless, and will remain the best thing they'll do no doubt (a bit like "Dubnobasswithmyheadman" will always be Underworlds best album and Chemical Brothers will never do a better album than "Dig Your Own Hole") but that was never a "mainstream" album.... So, I think we should appreciate this, and the new Faithless album too, for what they represent - that is, a bit of actual Quality returning to the mainstream end of the genre..... Chemical Brothers new one and new Orbital material on the way too... So, things are looking up IMO...

I dont think we heard the same album, I thought it was a big pile of w*** personally. The latest Audio Bullys album on the other hand is really good (in my opinon).
