I guess we'll know for sure just how well Plan B's EP has been selling in the first set of midweeks when all the sales for 'She Said' are combined. It could be close or it could be a case of Scouting For Girls completely running ahead of the competition.

I'd like to think SFG's sales are frontloaded and that they'll drop quickly and Plan B will make a slow rise to #1 but i'm not too confident. :(
'I Got You' climbing again  It was 38 about 6.30-ish. Glad it's sticking around and not dropping like a brick.
ugh... how did SFG get to #1 so quick  They are not really single sellers.

:heehee: Mikey. You do make me laugh :P

3 Top 10 hits (All of which have spent over 14 weeks inside the Top 40 and 23 weeks Top 75), 2 other Top 40 hits (one of which entered twice - due to being re-released). And they're "not really single sellers"? :heehee:

SFG also had a pretty succesful album didn't they? Wasn't it double platinum and 10th biggest selling of 2008 or something? So I guess they're more of an albums act though their singles are pretty succesful too.
TBH. I can see 'This Ain't A Love Song' having a 'My Life Would Suck Without You' sorta chart-run.
Plan B will probably be #1 if you combine the EP (#1 on albums) and the fact that the single version will probably be top three tomorrow.

I really though they are more album sellers, if they pull this off, I be flummoxed, I really didn't expect them to get a #1. I know I'm all for British music to get to the top but I prefer Plan B's track over SFG any day, not that I'm moaning. I just hope some where down the line later in the year we get an Indie track at #1, I find SFG a bit on the Indie-pop side of things.

Ummm, Plan B is as British as they come...

I know, that's why I prefer Plan B over SFG, I should have made it more clearer. :P Tired + Internet = blonde moments. :(

Plan B for #1 - he may be a chavvy douche but I fancy him and the song isn't bad at all. It's like a much better version of The Streets' "Dry Your Eyes".

Yeah its been hanging around 30s for a while now, 6 weeks in top 40 and hopefully a 7th if it can hold on, its done well.

Plan B up to 6, will be top 5 by looks of it soon. SFG shocked to knock gaga off but looks set for #1..

Why has Florence's Dog Days Are Over climbed?

Wasn't she doing a re-release of Dog Days or something? I may be wrong but I thought she'd confirmed it - I'd seen a new video for it recently. :)
