Possibly, but only because of the fact that most eras end after 3 or 4 singles. I don't think they'd end it just to avoid missing the UK top ten with subsequent releases. Only Girls Aloud and Westlife do that :kink:

Well they done that when Let's Get Started peak at #11 from the Elephunk era.

#11 for Rock That Body seems reasonable to me. It is their 4th single afterall, and lets face it how many artists make it to 4 singles from an album nowadays, let alone 3 #1s and a #11

It would have been nice for it to crack top 10 though

I am really surprised by the staying power of the FloDiz track considering bar the BRITS it hasn't exactly had much (if any) promo.

Ended the era worldwide specifically because they missed the UK top ten? I doubt it  probably because the era had come to its natural end.

5 weeks top 10 for this!

I hope BEP can just edge in next week seeing as there's nothing else that's gonna climb in, except perhaps Young Money.

Absolutely sick to death of both You've Got The Love / You've Got The Dirtee Love. Releasing two versions of the same track has absolutely killed my enjoyment I once had of 'You've Got The Love' and 'Empire State Of Mind'. Can't stand either now.

It's because Radio 1 has been playing non stop. ^_^

Precocious R&B vocalist/pianist Alicia Keys was hand-picked by Clive Davis as one of the flagship artists for his post-Arista label, J Records. No doubt he was as impressed by her multitude of skills (Keys took a large role in the writing, arranging, and production of her debut album) as by her music, which mates contemporary hip-hop accoutrements to an old-school soul sensibility a la Jill Scott or D'Angelo. Only 20 years old at the time of the album's release, Keys already seemed poised for a major career built upon her soulful voice and classically trained piano chops. While hip-hop played a much bigger role on her second effort, 2003's THE DIARY OF ALICIA KEYS, it was a smash nonetheless, and subsequent recordings have further pushed the boundaries of R&B - HMV

Discussion Thread Here

instead of featuring the hit singles 'pokerface, paperazzi and lovegame' they should say not featuring the hits 'bad romance and telephone' lol

LOL what an ad that would be :P
