April 4, 201016 yr Make that 2 in a million. :heehee: Ugh, I know what you mean. I can't get through a single school day without hearing "OMG aren't JLS so buff" or "Isn't Aston just sooo fittage?". It makes me physically sick. I wonder how well JLS would actully do if they weren't decent looking? well they certainly wouldnt have won 2 brits!
April 4, 201016 yr  @ this outpeaking One Love by 16 places, and it could still rise - with NO Radio 1 playlisting. The Estelle curse at its finest. Great song though
April 4, 201016 yr well they certainly wouldnt have won 2 brits!  Not to mention 'One Shot' probably would've peaked at #2865. :teresa: :kink:
April 4, 201016 yr Kid Cudi just can't have a hit on these shores without a massive dance beat behind it, can he?
April 4, 201016 yr Kid Cudi 2009 02 Day 'N' Nite (Kid Cudi Vs Crookers) 2009 67 One Love (Kid Cudi Feat. Kanye West And Coomon) 2010 30 Memories (David Guetta Feat. Kid Cudi)[/size] the #67 chart position was 'Make Her Say' (also known as 'Poke Her Face') and was by Kid Cudi, Kanye West and Common. And I LOVE Memories. Such a good song. Hope it climbs and climbs. Much better than One Love.
April 4, 201016 yr Isn't even its release week yet, and its already top 30, with no radio 1 support :D Congrats Guetta!
April 4, 201016 yr I cannot understand why Guetta didn't release this as the 3rd single. He even ran a poll last year on his website asking fans which song he should choose as the 3rd single, and Memories easily won the poll, but he still went with One Love! He'll be regretting it now. April 4, 201016 yr  Not to mention 'One Shot' probably would've peaked at #2865. :teresa: :kink: It would have failed to chart. :kink:
April 4, 201016 yr in the old days 1978-1987 the charts were revealed on Tuesday at 12.45 and the top 5 was done, then the whole 40 rundown and the no.1, then 40 back to 1........ (orig Alan Freeman on his Pick of the pops show 1961-74, 1974-78 Tom Browne's sunday show) then R1 went all CD digital so they moved it all to sunday lunchtime from 5-7pm, stretched to 4.30 then 4pm when every bit of every single was played, and the policy was no waffle whatsoever unless it was important information, including the odd newsflash and travel news. and in this 87-05 era yes they did 40-31, 30-21, 20-11 recaps and then the FULL 40 rundowns, i have these rundowns recorded this sadly ended (approx 2005) when Wes Butters & JK & Joel came along. then they only recapped the 20's and now only do the 10's ok history lesson over...... April 4, 201016 yr alaways good to see a song rising up the top 40 without radio 1 playlisting, good choon.as for jls i think its a good song but their fanbase is clearly made up for teenage girls and they encourage this by revealing their 6 packs at various stages of the videos.the chart has always been dominated by good looks but girls seem to affect chart position if you look at westlife being the prime example - no matter how much i fancy britney for instance i doubt i would buy her singles as im not into them!!
April 4, 201016 yr Memories is good, doing very well funny how with Kid Cudi he gets another hit and with Estelle (who had a massive number 1) he misses the top 40!
April 4, 201016 yr Cudiiii! Pleased 'Memories' has become a slight hit, by far the best song on 'One Love'.
April 4, 201016 yr I was asked on Chatroulette the other day if I liked Iyaz. I answered no. They immediately disconnected.

April 4, 201016 yr Reggie saying this song is catchy is actually catchier than the song itself.
April 4, 201016 yr EVERY SINGLE TIME they play this song, Reggie insists on telling us how it's 'The catchiest song of the year'. SHUT UP - WE GET THE POINT!!!
