He finished 8th with Beach House!

I meant in a quest for getting points for me. Being the host of that contest, I kinda know that.

BUT you have given me points in a spin off :D

Sichelle if I don't remember wrong :)

Black female for Tinnmark in XXVI? :kink: (I'm actually thinking about the 2nd runner up in my NF, Nahiba :P )

Oh yes, I think it did. I'd have probably given Nabiha points. (with "You", right?)

looks liek Vita wasn't black enough!

Haha, she really wasn't. Decent song, but not really one I felt I strong enough for points.

Well, I did think there was a chance of it happening, but I had thought Buzzjack had given up the whole being so predictable as to vote for obvious smash hit single in the waiting thing. I'd thought Delphic was the sign of a change...here's hoping Lo-Fi-Fnk can win and not go down as another fantastic 2nd place!

Of course not, BJSC is allergic to ballads no chance it's going to let a smash in waiting fail

Is it a battle for second now? It’s all pretty close! ;o

Not sure yet...

I like Deep Sleep and the enemy as well

What's that got to do with it being apparently allergic to ballads?

Omfg, thanks Phil and Alex
Sorry guys for sending a future hit for the trillionth time.

I don't hold it against you, you weren't to know :P What I do hold is a disappointment in Buzzjack, but that's nothing new.

It's not your fault people are voting for it Rob. Don't let them get you down ^_^

Here we go. Slipping down the board. Probs for good now. But I'm amazed but pleased I even managed to reach Top 5!

It won't win, I keep telling you. Casey wouldn't allow the song to be at the top all this time, Tinnmark have been skipped, I know he loves Lo-Fi-Fnk (I squeezed it out of him on MSN basically) so they're gonna get a late surge at the end and win.

Britain goes to the polls on May 6th :nocheer:

I think people just generally vote for their favourite songs regardless. I used to be all 'protest against the cheap' but I soon realised I was the only one boycotting the 'cheaper' entries so what's the point in fighting a battle on your own. So for the last 3 or 4 contests I've used no point deduction systems at all, I literally just vote for my favourite songs unless it's a glaringly stupid entry like Bleeding Love or something. Besides, I don't exactly see it as cheap for the basis that it sort of rose out of the blue to become a smash hit in waiting - I had it reserved (and I don't consider cheap!) at one point but dropped it only because I didn't like it as much as the song I did end up sending, not because it became cheap.
