To clear it up, I did not see a UFO. Unless they cunningly made me forget. Methinks Mikey was changing the topic title.....

Ok, thanks :D

Glee  Do you think any Madonna covered songs will chart high, I'm hoping "Vogue" will - maybe another top 10 smash like DSB & H/WOS
No Reggie for me today! Catching up on some new CDs - a couple of Madness re-issues, a 4CD edition of the Elvis 68 Comeback Special and the new one from Slash!
I don't know about here but there is so much hype and such for the Madonna episode in the States. :o I'm predicting a huge invasion.

It's because it's been put in the spotlight, everyone reported it because Madonna is a b!tch when it comes to clearance of her music, so her given a TV show an entire back catalog to chose from is pretty epic.

Plus haven't you seen the "Vogue" video - it's the most epic thing of 2010! FACT

Great, twice in a row for DSB
Please let it be the final week for Journey! Go back to 1981!

Hey everyone :)

:drama: the two 'Dont Stop Believing' sit next to each other and both get played

I think 'Like A Prayer' will do very well - it's definitely my favourite Glee cover!

Get it out! Glee may get a boost come Monday, wouldn't be surprised if DSB climbed and "Gives You Hell" went top 10 - doing very well in Ireland.

That would be great if it did  I'm also hoping 4 Minutes makes the top 40 as well :cheer:

Considered one of the best lyricists to emerge in the wake of the Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac's deaths, Jay-Z has since carried the flag of hip-hop narrative skill. His Roc-A-Fella family had already created a solid reputation based on Jay-Z's 1997 debut. As his fame has grown, so has his tendency to bring more R&B production elements into his work, creating a club-friendly, danceable version of east coast gangsta hip-hop that hasn't diminished his reputation as a preeminent force in rap. Perhaps even more importantly, Jay-Z has become a powerful music impresario. In his role as president/CEO of Def Jam in the early 2000s, he fostered the careers of popular R&B singers Rihanna and Ne-Yo, and enjoyed a high profile as a co-owner of the New Jersey Nets basketball team. His long relationship and eventual marriage to superstar Beyonce has further endeared him to fans - HMV
