April 18, 201016 yr Awful week for #1s, Fragma and Emma aside. Madonna I loved but was overplayed and now I don't care about the song. Calvin, Gnarls, Beyonce and Room 5 are average. The others complete cack.
April 18, 201016 yr Gypsy is just absolutely hilarious  Bless her. Dull retro weeks as well this week. I did love 'Somewhere Else' and 'Flowers' though <3
April 18, 201016 yr I never knew the Freeloaders were N-trance :o SRSLY? God that's a departure of sound...
April 18, 201016 yr Awww I wish American Life had made #01 :( Wasn't it like #01 on the Saturday and lost it at the last minute?
April 18, 201016 yr Author SRSLY? God that's a departure of sound... Not really, both produced dance music, its reasonably similar

April 18, 201016 yr ^^ They possibly meant N Trance did great tracks whilst the Freeloaders - well I haven't heard anything else by them but that one song was $h!te on a stick and rolled in mouldy candy floss.
April 18, 201016 yr Author ^^ They possibly meant N Trance did great tracks whilst the Freeloaders - well I haven't heard anything else by them but that one song was $h!te on a stick and rolled in mouldy candy floss. Maybe, good point, though I did love the Freeloaders. Hows things Grami?
April 18, 201016 yr HOTSHOT! This week's hotshot is the third single from Colombian superstar Shakira's latest album She Wolf. Starring well-acknowledged tennis hottie Rafa Nadal. It's Gypsy, which is released this week as a digitial single. dvH5KbwjCoo What do you all think? How will it do? Love it or hate it? :) I really like Gypsy, but it will flop in the UK. BTW in Germany Gypsy is number 7 atm :D
April 18, 201016 yr Not really, both produced dance music, its reasonably similar  Yes but at two different ends, N-Trance were always quite techno sounded, whereas Freeloaders were a bit more commercial dance, like along the lines of Uniting Nations etc. N-Trance always did quite anthemic songs didn't they? Freeloaders just sounded like dance by numbers even if I like the latter... Edited April 18, 201016 yr by ~ it's lewis ~
April 18, 201016 yr Author Yes but at two different ends, N-Trance were always quite techno sounded, whereas Freeloaders were a bit more commercial dance, like along the lines of Uniting Nations etc. That was more of the sound in the mid-noughties though and in the 90s dance was much more dynamic. Clearly they were just going along with what was popular at the time.
April 18, 201016 yr Maybe, good point, though I did love the Freeloaders. Hows things Grami? I'm good though I've had to buy a new laptop and waste an entire month's paycheck in the process  How are you? I hope Glee DSB is still top 40 today. Glee makes me feel all happy and warm inside :heehee:
April 18, 201016 yr Afternoon all, btw! Afternoon  did you really see a UFO
April 18, 201016 yr Oh hi there people! Almost forgot about the chart show because I was doing ICT homework - we have to make a platform game. It's fun.
April 18, 201016 yr Author Afternoon  did you really see a UFO   Did nobody believe you Matt? Eh? Eh? Think about it. What?! EDIT - Oh, someone edited the topic title.
April 18, 201016 yr That was more of the sound in the mid-noughties though and in the 90s dance was much more dynamic. Clearly they were just going along with what was popular at the time. Yeah exactly, I was just surprised because nothing about the whole project like WHATSOEVAH had any N-Trance stamp on it :o It's a bit weak for them IMO!
