I'm not sure about that...the indie crowd will hate it I should think, and I reckon the N-Dubz song will win, it's got the 'Roll Deep effect' to it and we haven't had a completely unknown song/artist win for almost a year now. I'm hoping just for a top ten return with it but obviously that will be harder to achieve in a final of 50 :o

Which is why I believe it will win. I love it, TomKay loves it, and now you express your love for it, I know for sure a couple of people who won't say anything will love it. It's the winner I think.

I've got to say, even though it is still early days yet, I wouldn't mind seeing this win. I've listened to it a few more times, and the verses are becoming just as catchy as the chorus. I loved that song that you posted on your national thread as well, I can't remember the name of it at the moment - will have to check - it's a shame you went with another song instead. And I love Silas's entry (although I wish he entered The Liar and The Lighter :() and I also really like Mikey's entry.

I do love 'Head Butt', but I am currently addicted to 'The map' at the moment and seeing as I'm pretty sure only the people who are properly interested in Alexandra and have downloaded the leaked tracks etc... would have heard it. But I think it's criminal it's been left off of her 'Overcome' album (for now at least). I hope people who are unsure of alexandra, will like the track. TBH, I only heard 'Head Butt' the day it was added to the C-List of radio 1's playlist :kink:

Just as I read this, it's come on TV as "V.I.P Track of the Week" on The Box. It is a pretty great song, but pales compared to 'Good times' in comparison for me. Although I despise N-dubz as people, everything from 'Strong Again' onwards I have pretty much loved. 'We Dance On' is definitely on of the best things they've done, but I don't love it half as much as I should do... (if that makes sense :lol:)

Yeah that's the one, but fair enough, better to enter the song you love the most. I only listened to the first half of 'The Map' but what I've heard of it is quite good - her whole 'Oversome' album is solid, and there are some great pop songs on there, I just don't like Alexandra's tone, I can bear it for some of her songs (All Night Long) but when it comes to ballads like The Silence her tone kills it for me.

 

And I do get what you mean about the N-Dubz comment :lol: I think I'm the opposite, my like for N-Dubz has declined as time went on. Now, I can't stand them.
