I am not worried about ANL anymore she is on T4, GMTV next week and tomorrow ANL will get alot of radio airplay on all the chart countdowns.I do hope though that the album version is not going to be more popular than the Pitbull version.

All Night Long has actually been charting in the Big Top 40 Show for a number of weeks now, and that gets listened to more than the Radio 1 chart show.

But it is very satisfying that Radio 1 are forced to play it from time to time. :)

That Edward Maya song is another track I don't see the fuss over...

*goes into a corner to hide before commenting on how awful music is atm*

I have to agree I dont see what the fuss is about either it seems a tad boring unless I have heard a different version.Maybe it is a grower so I will wait until I have heard it a few times.

Must be me then because I think Ridin' Solo is incredibly feel good and infectious and In My Head is a pretty generic, standard Just Dance clone.

I agree. In My Head was very generic, and it's just like songs that have been in the chart for the past 20 years.

Ridin' Solo is nothing revolutionary, but it is much less generic in my opinion.

I don't either

Both are better than 'Whatcha Say' IMO, I'm kind of coming around to him now due to these two singles.

Ah, I don't get either but I love it. It's really Stereo Love when you listen to it with headphones on, on a hot summers day. Yum

All Night Long up to 11 :) good to see Te Amo and Ridin Solo doing well.

WOO! :cheer:

And about Edward Maya, i guess it's looking to be big but i just don't think it'll be huge.

Aly. go and listen to 'The Sky's The Limit' on youtube  Then if you like that, try his album out on spotify or something :kink:

We all know you're as much a Jason DeRuloon as I am :kink:

Why do you think Radio 1 are actually repulsed to playing it just because they didn't playlist it?

There's a slight difference between them absolutely refusing to play a song (which happens exactly 0 times in every 100) and simply not liking it enough to playlist it

I gave it a listen out of curiosity when I saw you raving about it left, right and centre when the album first leaked. Not badddd. :P

Why is there 2 versions of Lady Antebellum at 33 & 34

But for example they would prefer that 'Bittersweet' or 'On a Mission' just didn't exist. They are forced to play these tracks just because they're in the official top-40.

And they miss a lot of hits now: along with 'Bittersweet' we have 'All Night Long', 'Hey Soul Sister' and 'Need You Now' at the moment at least.

'All Night Long' was played not only during the interviews or chart shows though as I'm aware still not making the playlist.

They are the single version and album version. :D

Single and album version. :) But it is really kinda funny that they're neck-to-neck now.

I didn't say Radio 1 were repulsed to playing it.

And it is a bit weird that the two versions of Need You Now are next to each other on the iTunes chart. It's a lot more popular than I thought then, as I kept stupidly presuming there was just one version. :D

ahh, they are more like top 15 if you combine the pop bars.

More power and success to all those songs Need You Now, Soul Sister, Bittersweet, For your Entertainment, All Night Long and I Made It that R1 have not playlisted. It is actually funny that all those too cool for school DJs will be playing The Club is Alive non stop from next week.
:o Lady A are a lot higher than I expected combined!!! Go Adam, get that top 20 smash. You guys complian about ANL overload here, it's worse in Irish Itunes thread  Also, I can see Edward Maya peaking 1 or 2 but I don't think it'll stay long unfortunately :(
