May 29, 201015 yr Author The final is the contest for me, cos' that's the one everybody watches. :P [prepares for some comment related to me being interested in semis in BJSC, but not in Eurovision] They watch it because they're still used to contests without semis. Semis are like the vital part nowadays so don't go with the flow next time :smoke: I've not even had a remotely similar thought about connecting it to BJSC so thanks for letting us know that :kink:
May 29, 201015 yr I will be doing a bit of fancy dress tonight to go ahead with the lyrics of "Satellite". I might do my hair, and I am wearing blue underwear today :kink: However, my porch light doesn't work so I can't leave it on :(

May 29, 201015 yr it's Memorial Day week-end in US... so that means long week-end and all that goes with it: camping, bbq... so i will not be able to watch it live  i will see it Monday evening... :cheer: :cheer: goooOOOOOOOOOOOO SPAIN!!!!!!!!!!! :cheer: :cheer:
May 29, 201015 yr I'm pretty sure the top six will include Greece, Germany, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Armenia and Denmark with Ireland as the big outsiders. In what order I don't know as it's epically close this year. I'm excited  For now though I think I'll run to Silas' thread for the BJESC final. ^_^
May 29, 201015 yr Nah Georgia will never finish that low...They seem to have loads of fans in Facebook and they get loads of neighbour votes What, from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia? Yeah, 20-30 points will get them far.
May 29, 201015 yr Three and a half hours to go...eeeek I'm so excited! But also quite sad that in seven hours it's over for another year. :( Well...another six months until Albania start their selection process anyway. :kink:
May 29, 201015 yr The final is the contest for me, cos' that's the one everybody watches. :P I only ever watch the final as well. I have no idea what the songs are like prior to the final and that's the way I like it. I mainly watch it to see what the songs are like from different countries.
May 29, 201015 yr Author Tell me about it, i am already BOTH excited AND sad at the same time (i don't even know which one of these feelings is stronger :( ) :o
May 29, 201015 yr What, from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia? Yeah, 20-30 points will get them far. And Turkey And if political votes exist tonight maybe Ukraine and Belarus and couple of Balkan countries too.
May 29, 201015 yr Paint your toe-naits too :kink: I don't own any toe-nail paint or whatever it's called, and I'd look weird if I was seen buying some from a shop  Three and a half hours to go...eeeek I'm so excited! But also quite sad that in seven hours it's over for another year. :( Well...another six months until Albania start their selection process anyway. :kink: Don't worry, "Our Sound" [the new Asia-Pacific version of ESC starting this year] is meant to be on at the end of November, with selections starting quite soon I would have thought.
May 29, 201015 yr My prediction 1) Azerbaijan 2) Israel 3) Turkey 4) Armenia 5) Germany 6) Denmark 7) Iceland 8) Romania 9) Greece 10) Ukraine

May 29, 201015 yr I might live pause BBC1 nip out for supplies so i can skip Russia and the UK :kink:
May 29, 201015 yr For the first time in a long while It's really hard to call! I could see Azerbaijan as being overrated by people a bit ala Slovakia/Croatia tbh......but I'd imagine they'll still do well. Tonight I'll be supporting/looking forward to these countries: Ireland Iceland Germany Belgium Turkey Bosnia & Herzegovina Belarus Romania Moldova Albania Cyprus Armenia (Hope tonight is a better performance though) Azerbaijan (Same as above) Denmark (not so much as others though) Which is an awful lot (well 14) but I was really happy with alot of the semi qualifiers this year! :D I'd be fairly happy to see any of the countries above win. I'm happy they're all spread out nicely throughout the night. Every other country I'm not too bothered about.....(although the only ones I don't think I'll enjoy is United Kingdom, Serbia & Russia, I'm not mad about Ukraines song but Alyosha's voice is interesting...)
