I like the top 10. There's a few songs I find a bit boring, but nothing I hate in there. And I love how the two Bad Romances are next to each other.

Also, gutted that Gettin' Over got #41. So close to top 40! Then again, I'd've been gutted if Alejandro missed it too. And hopefully Turn It Up will get in the top 40 next week.

And I thought Witchcraft would've got top 60.

Both are clearly going to climb to a higher peak later on, I wouldn't be too gutted.

Yeah, true, but it's just nice to hear them played on the chart show. I'm sad like that.

Buble, Glee, Pendulum and Katie will all plummet again next week......wonder who will be #1?

B.o.B I'd think, and a dry singles week with one of the only entries being "Airplanes" which I can see getting into the top 20 on iTunes and top 30 officially. And to whoever said LCD Soundsystem got great reviews, it did butt the last album (Sound of Silver) got better and that debuted at #28 - off the back of a top 40 single - although it did only drop seven places the next week.

Buble crazt love will fall but not hugely i dont think, plus for an album that has sold near 1.5 million is still performing very well.
shame david guetta didnt make top 40 when it was in the itunes top 30 for what seemed like most of the week

It's hard to follow a masterpiece like that. And it's practically impossible for an electronic (indie) act to get a top 40 hit these days.

:w00t: for Beyoncé nearly being Top 40 again this week in the albums!

Top 100 singles posted

This week, both Stornoway and Hurts post their first top 100 single, leaving only 6 BBC Sound of 2010 poll artists without a charted single.

Those yet to break the chart are Devlin, The Drums, Everything Everything, Gold Panda, Joy Orbison and Two Door Cinema Club.

Two Door Cinema Club have charted in the albums chart however, with 'Tourist History' making #46.

The other 5 have not charted anything yet.

However, sales increases info is enough for me to definitely confirm that BEP-IGF *has* passed 1 million sales!

They only needed 3.4k, and Cheryl Cole who finished below them this week, increased her sales over LW's 4.3k. I'd estimate BEP sold close to 5k, even as low as #60!

Further to the above, I estimate IGF sold 4.8k last week, which takes them to 1.015m

Devlin I hope never releases - his video budget must be at least £10.

Devlin has a single coming out soon called 'Brainwashed' - I reckon it'll do about as well as 'Crush' if it gets Radio 1 support. Devlin will never be big though.

Also, since Sex On Fire has finally dropped out of the top 100 after 89 consecutive weeks, let's have a look at the #1 singles which entered the chart after Sex On Fire and left the chart before Sex On Fire:

Girls Aloud - The Promise

The X Factor Finalists 2008 - Hero

Beyoncé - If I Were A Boy

Take That - Greatest Day

Leona Lewis - Run

Alexandra Burke - Hallelujah

Lady GaGa feat. Colby O'Donis - Just Dance

Lily Allen - The Fear

Kelly Clarkson - My Life Would Suck Without You

Flo Rida feat. Ke$ha - Right Round

Vanessa Jenkins and Bryn West feat. Sir Tom Jones and Robin Gibb - (Barry) Islands In The Stream

Calvin Harris - I'm Not Alone

Tinchy Stryder feat. N-Dubz - Number 1

The Black Eyed Peas - Boom Boom Pow

Dizzee Rascal and Armand Van Helden - Bonkers

Pixie Lott - Mama Do (Uh Oh, Uh Oh)

David Guetta feat. Kelly Rowland - When Love Takes Over

La Roux - Bulletproof

Cascada - Evacuate The Dancefloor

JLS - Beat Again

David Guetta feat. Akon - Sexy Bitch

Dizzee Rascal feat. Chrome - Holiday

Jay-Z feat. Rihanna and Kanye West - Run This Town

Pixie Lott - Boys And Girls

Taio Cruz - Break Your Heart

Chipmunk feat. Dayo Olatunji - Oopsy Daisy

Alexandra Burke feat. Flo Rida - Bad Boys

Wahoo, great news! :D

Top 100 albums now posted.

2 more screen-stretchers return to the chart - Michael Bublé's special edition of Call Me Irresponsible (which remains separated from the non-special edition for some reason) and the classic Best Of album Legend from Bob Marley & The Wailers (397th week - should pass 400 fairly soon :D)

'Crystal Castles' is not the eponymous first album I suppose? Is it the eponymous second album?

I can't find a way to make it clear as the album title is 'Crystal Castles', but the version currently at #48 is indeed the 2010 albm and not a re-entry of the 2008 album of the same name.

Crystal Castles have decided to call their second Crystal Castles as well, I've never came across anything like that before, so odd.
