Do they swear on a couple of these songs? Or am I just miss hearing things. These songs are all really good, but they have over used the vocoder/autotune throughout the album, which I hope they will get over by the time the next full album is released.

^ Are you referring to Karma?

I'd swear blind (no pun intended) Rochelle says "I hope that girl's got a real bitch in the family"

Puppet is all sorts of amazingness.

Love how Mollie is getting solo parts on this album

Also Higher is absolute pop perfection!

Every album (or mini album) The Saturdays release just blows me :o

It's "real vision of family" I believe.

It's "real vision of family" I believe.

That's what I heard too, but "a real bitch in the family" does seem to fit in the song better.

Higher is good, but the rest is so generic. Not nearly as horrible as missing you though.

Oh screw that! I prefer the bitch line

'Higher' is nothing close to 'Up' or even 'Ego'.

Everyone was making a big deal of this track but it is soooo unimpressive. On first listen the verses are a bit boring and the chorus is a mess without distinct melody/hook.

But once again the Sat fans raved about the likes of 'Forever is over' and 'Missing you' in the past, so I shouldn't even be surprised ...

Oh please give it a rest. You only ever seem to come out of the hole you're from when either GA/Cheryl, The Sats or Sugababes are releasing anything. GA/Cheryl to rave about, no matter how $h!t the songs are/single is but The Sats & Sugababes you only ever seem to criticise... and just  at the comment about 'Higher' having no hook or melody.

Back on topic:

Giving this my first listen through, well I'm trying to, but I keep skipping back to 'Higher'! I swear it's my favourite Saturdays song already (beating 'Ego'!) It's just completely addictive. I now know that even if the rest of the tracks aren't "that good", we have a pretty fantastic second single! I would love an 'Ego' sequel sort of video for it though

But yeah will rate when I manage to get the full way through the album

01. 'Missing You' I still think this is a pretty great lead single choice. It's catchy and although it's slightly different, melody and production wise, it still has that Saturdays vibe to it  09

02. 'Higher' As I stated in my post above, this is incredible and I think it's already my favourite Saturdays song ever. It's literally, pop perfection. 10

03. 'Died In Your Eyes' A lot better than I thought it would be actually. It suits a group far more than just a soloist. They've improved a terrible song and made it bearable. 07

04. 'Karma' Loving this on first listen too. I wish the chorus had a bit more punch and sounded less like the verses, but you can still clearly hear what the chorus is meant to be. Sounds like a grower too. 08

05. 'Puppet' This is alright. Not as good as others on the album. The chorus is actually a bit weak and quite generic, easily prefer the others, but it's not that bad either. Maybe a grower? 06.5

06. 'Ready To Rise' To me, this sounds like a eurovision reject. It's alright, but it's my least favourite on the album. 06

^ Ready To Rise isn't on the album!

It's the b-side to Missing You.

On first listen, I wasnt impressed.

I now am. 'Higher' and 'Died In Your Eyes' in particular are exquisite. Oh and LOL at Bertie.

Love it! Their smart using 'Ego' the most in the advert, since it's probably their most popular song along with 'Up' it should get more people interested to buy the album if they see the advert. :D
Wow! love! the advert! :') rochelles cheesy smile makes me cringe :') in a good way of course
reminds me of the Sugababes advert for Sweet 7 from how they get into the poses of the album cover at the end.
I'm going to see them on the 15th and 16th - 15th at a concert and 16th at an album signing. I'm so looking forward to it, judging from the clips it sounds up to the standard of their last two albums, which were great pop.
