I personally think 'Love The Way You Lie' is Eminem's best single since 'Like Toy Soldiers' in 2005 and a return to form. Great to see the track managed to chart high as it deserves to.

However, I predicted it's enter at no. 9 in Ben's top 10 predicta game so I suspect I may have correctly guessed the top 10 songs again but with most out by one place. :(

I'm sorry Eminem but I hate the way you sing. :P

Kylie next? :(

Fast charts are better- when songs hang around the top for ages, I end up getting sick of them

on first time hearing this, Rihanna totally ruins this :(

Hey look, it's Airplanes again! :D

B.o.B has become a bit of a trend-setter - with this copying Airplanes, and Travie McCoy's 'Billionaire' copying Nothin' On You. We should expect many more clones of these 2 songs in the months to come.

I was researching some oldies and do miss the climbing to the top

now its a quick hop, slip and out

I'm liking the fact the chart's sped up this year. Unfortunately, it hasn't led to the richer diversity of music in the charts that I predicted would happen when the turnover increased. Oh well, there's still hope from the 'Glastonbury effect,' if it has much of an impact these days.

Agreed. I'm glad it's sped up again but 'generic one week wonder urban song' replacing other 'generic one week wonder urban song' in the top three every week isn't my idea of a great chart :( Still, once this cycle ends and the next begins things will get more interesting, especially if the sped up turnaround continues to happen.

BOOOOOO @ Kylie leaving the top five :( Oh well, 2 Hearts went 4-8, so it's already holding up better than that!

I see All the lovers doing this:

4-6-4-6 ^_^

Oh Kylie dropping a bit but I hope she will climb maybe into the top 3 next week? :kink: :cheer:
Not Afraid has gone 5-6-5-6-5 unless it's somehow leapfrogged Kickstarts at the last second which seems highly doubtful somehow.

Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue began as an actress, working on the TV show NEIGHBOURS, whose UK popularity helped the young singer taking up with megapop production team Stock, Aitken & Waterman. With that titanic trio behind her, Kylie became the queen of the British pop charts, scoring hit after hit. Though Kylie reigned supreme in the UK, establishing a Madonna-like presence on records and in films, she didn't take off in America until her 2002 album FEVER. Following 2003's Body Language, Kylie was diagnosed with breast cancer, a disease that went into remission in two years. She returned in 2007 with X, the same year she launched an extensive tour, and three years later she delivered her eleventh album. - HMV
