I think people are overestimating the Green song. I'm hoping anyway because it makes JLS's song look like the greatest piece of music ever. The added bonus of Lily Allen makes it even worse. I can imagine chavs getting grotty to it :puke:

My First Kiss and Blah Blah Blah do sound almost the same, but I think My First Kiss is better, so I'm glad it's looking to chart higher officially (although Blah Blah Blah charted higher on iTunes).

'blah blah blah' is EPIC was amazing one of my fave songs of the year, 'my first kiss' sounds really try-hard like they're trying to use the 'starstrukk' strategy but by copying 'blah blah blah' and 'dont trust me'.

In 17 hours Katy gained ~1/3 of a gap between her and JLS, B.o.B. gained ~1/2 of a gap between him and the #1. B.o.B. above JLS by midnight and Katy Perry above them by tomorrow's midday?

If JLS do make it to number one on sunday, they might join Dizzee/Corden and Diana as the fastest freefallers this year! :lol:

 

I can see them having a 1-4 fall. Katy will push them down due to the weekend effect, Airplanes will pass them anyway and Prof Green/Lilly will probably go top 3 next week.

 

I hope a "Poker Face situation" is going to happen though. I don't care whether it's 'Airplanes' or 'California Gurls' (preferably the latter), I just don't want TCIA to be number one.

I'd much rather Airplanes be number-one than Katy, mainly because Katy has already had 2 weeks, and both songs deserve the top spot.
