I don't think that would be allowed, it would be seen as tricking us. Like if you pre-order from a website like HMV, and they put the price up between you pre-ordering whatever it is, and the release date, they've got to charge you at the price you pre-ordered at. That's happened to me before, the price being put up by £4 after I'd already pre-ordered :kink:

I have heard of companies doing that, usually on things like TVs and games consoles, where as soon as they spot the mistake, they just charge everyone the extra money. I believe the customers had to make a fuss to get their money back.

You enter a legally binding contract with iTunes when you click buy. You agree to buy X at U Price and iTunes agrees to sell you X for U. Legally in the case of price f*** ups you either have to sell it at the price or withdraw the item for sale for 24hrs [most commonly used on the high street]. iTunes will correct the mistake eventually, but legally can't charge you the difference as you've already entered a legally binding contract with them which is completed once the songs have downloaded meaning there is absolutely nothing iTunes/Apple can do about it once you've clicked buy.

The Yeah You's got it wrong. ¬_¬ [/grammarnazi] There shouldn't be an apostrophe there either although I might use one where it would otherwise make a word such as As, Is or Us. Even then I'd only do it if it wasn't obvious from the context. The same applies to MPs etc - there should not be an apostrophe.

Legally if a high street retailer spots an error, say a TV was advertised on the shelf at £399 instead of £499 and went through the till at £499 the company can refuse to sell the tv at £399 instead sticking to the original price. Which the customer can accept or reject. More often than not the company gives it to the customer at £399 and immediately fixes the point of sale info

Definitely, was the soundtrack to my first year of uni in 2005/6 :wub: Easily one of my all time favourite albums. 4ever, When It All Falls Apart, Secret and Speechless in particular all induce very big feelings of nostalgia in me :lol:
