If anyone introduced themselves as 'Pitbull' at a bar, I doubt they'll pull anything but fleas.

Doesn't he introduce himself as Bulldog? I don't know if that's much better...

Gentle piano-led indie popsters whose self-titled debut hit the top spot of the UK album chart in 2008. Musically, Scouting For Girls (the band's name a mildly humorous play on Robert Baden-Powell's 'Scouting For Boys' handbook) are similar to the Ben Folds Five, but lyrically they are closer to the Arctic Monkeys. After building up a large MySpace following (naturally their fans are known as Wolf Cubs), Scouting For Girls signed to Epic. The SCOUTING FOR GIRLS album featured the top ten singles "She's So Lovely" and the witty "Elvis Ain't Dead". - HMV

Album Discussion Here

I should hate everything Scouting for Girls do, their smug faces, their terrible music, their smug faces, their appropriation of indie despite being nothing of the sort and of course, their smug faces. But I just can't get this song out of my head. Help me please.

Oh, and the band first met each other at a Suede concert. The only unforgivable thing that band did.

Very surprised Famous has flopped so hard :o

It seems Scouting For Girls are the Kelly Clarkson, rather than Diana Vickers :kink:

But they both are to an extent
