I think it's safe to say that McFly are no longer my guilty pleasure and I shall be downloading this and buy their greatest hits at some point!

Chart Run: 5 [1 wk]

Release date: 03-09-2010

Format: download only track

Label: Sony

Formed in 2001 in Dublin, Ireland, the Script consists of guitarist Marc Sheehan, vocalist Danny O'Donoghue, and drummer Glen Power. The trio takes their soulful, Celtic-inspired sound from artists like Van Morrison and U2, but Sheehan and O'Donoghue's former work as producers (working with the likes of the Neptunes) gives the Script a unique, contemporary sound flavoured by dance and R&B influences. An EP appeared in 2007, followed by the successful single "We Cry." The band's self-titled full-length debut appeared in 2008, and went straight to the top of the U.K. charts. - HMV

I'm amazed at how well The Script have done with this song, I only just realized it got released this week. Can't wait for the new album
McFly have had 7 no. 1 singles and 2 no. 1 albums since 2004. Six years of hits. Very good.

Mclfy have been here for half a decade now that is quite impressive.

Thats surprising seeing The Script at 5 but good for them like this song.
Why Wikipedia says Turn My Swag on by Soulja Boy Tell'em reached #17? I didn't chart at all, did it?

That's the Greg Street version that made #17 this week. Shouldn't be listed as the original... the original will be lower down in the top 100

The Greg Street version reached #17

Would have prefered this to be higher but at the start of the week I was just hoping for it to go top 10 so its really turned out as a brilliant result :D
